Property had so many amenities, including public bathrooms, pool, and gym, which were all so nice! The room itself was very clean, comfy, and had everything we needed to cook at home. Host checked in to make sure everything went smoothly with check in. I cannot speak enough to how amazing the location was; right off of 6th street and easy walking distance to so many iconic Austin eats. I can't wait to come back!

The condo is just as described in the listing. It was clean and bright, with all the basics need for a comfortable stay. One outstanding feature was the quietness of the condo - no noisy neighbors and no street noise. The indoor parking and the building were very secure and the neighborhood is nice. I couldn't ask for more for a stay in Austin.

The place was clean and exactly what we needed for a short weekend trip. The location was 2min walk to whistlers which is our preferred hang out when in town. The only thing we can complain about is the shower head/water pressure isn’t awesome, but not worth taking stars away. We came in super late and we were able to find the parking(which is also super cool that you have private parking provided) and our room easily. The condo itself is quiet and we had no issues at all with entry or other tenants. 10/10 would stay here again!

1st time in Austin

The condo was clean, the a/c worked great. We're not use to the humidity! Helen was easy to communicate with. Its in a great location, easy to walk to many restaurant's and shops.

Excellent Stay

Property was as advertised, clean, and conveniently located near many restaurants. Check in process was easy. Had one question for the host the day we got there and the hist replied within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic spot in a great area!

I really liked the property and the location. It was really close to everything I needed - restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc... There's a nice pool onsite that the back patio of the property overlooks. The place was really clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.

Our stay was cancelled by the owner the morning we were supposed to check-in. Yes, money was refunded so no issues there, but it was inconvenient.

Great Location & Building

Awesome stay here. The apt was super clean and modern. Very conveniently located to downtown Austin. Bird/Lime scooters were always parked out front and it was a quick 5-7 min scooter ride to the convention center on a long, straight, well maintained bike lane. Highly recommended.

Overall Positive Experience

Great location! The parking garage provided easy and safe access to the building. The condo was extremely clean and supplied with staples, dishes, silverware and trashcans. Two areas of need should be noted, but may be beyond the control of the owners. The water pressure in the shower and sinks was extremely low. Secondly, in the middle of watching a program on TV, the program would stop until the TV would reboot and the program would resume. This process could take up to 2 minutes and happened multiple times during a program. The washer and dryer were very efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning the clothes. Unfortunately, the handle on the dryer was missing from the dryer door. It appeared as though a repair had been attempted with crazy glue. The door had to be opened by inserting the tip of a knife in one of the slots where the door handle should have been. Accumulation of lint in the front of the dryer ( not in the lint trap) could pose as a fire hazard. If the water pressure and television issues were resolved, we would stay at this condominium again.

Pretty good location, nice apartment

This is a great location if you will be mostly in that area of town or have a car (there is parking). I also found it convenient enough for downtown where my activities were, and I used a bus pass which was pretty easy. The neighborhood itself has a lot to do and some nice shops and venues. The apartment was clean, had good storage, a nice bathroom and kitchen, and had several amenities. I would definitely consider again.

This was the most wonderful apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was so much nicer than we even expected. Such a simple process for check in and in a great area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great little condo for couples or single travelers in up and coming part of town

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this East Austin condo. I would not recommend it for families. We had our younger daughter stay with us for one night during our week-long stay. She slept on the sleeper sofa in the living area. It was fine for a night, but I don’t think the sleeping arrangements would have been comfortable for any of us for more than one night. The water pressure in the unit is awful—everywhere, bathroom and kitchen sinks and the otherwise beautiful, large shower. The community pool is described as “luxurious” in the listing. I would not call it that. It’s a very small, very shallow pool with very basic loungers and chairs surrounding it. Adequate but definitely not “luxurious”. The pool can also, at times, get very noisy and, since this unit is adjacent to the pool, you will hear that noise inside the condo. We, too, only attempted to use the TV in the unit once during our stay and quickly got frustrated. It’s impossible to stream Netflix; the service, without fail, stalls and attempts to load content but, eventually, times out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and would consider staying again, if we were to visit Austin in the future.

Great visit to Austin!

Very clean, stocked with many thoughtful touches, such as detergent for the washing machine, and the dishwasher. Towels were large and absorbent. Pool was delightful and right outside the door just as depicted.

Great little apartment in a great location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed the pool, the secured parking area for our rental car, and we loved that it was in easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

Bedroom not separated from Living Room / Kitchen

This is not a 1 bedroom condo as the bedroom is open to the living room / kitchen. We would not have rented the unit if the owner had been forthcoming with pictures or a description of the property. Upon check in, I immediately contacted the owner to let them know that we would like to move to another VRBO as we only rent 1+ bedroom units and all indications were that this was a ‘separate’ 1 bedroom. The owner called the next day and apologized that we got the wrong impression but told us no one else had ever complained. I told him I had looked back through the reviews and had found some people that had complained. The owner was nice, but he was not amenable to letting us out of the unit so we stayed. However, he said he would add a description and pictures to more clearly indicate that this was essentially a large studio apartment. It has been 2 weeks and he has still not added any clarifying info. Sad, because everything else was great.

Great location near 6th Street

Overall a good stay. Check-in was fairly easy but a bit more description of where to find the lock box would be helpful. The unit was clean, however, prior renters used a large vase as a trash can. There were plenty of towels and toiletries but we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy a roll. My biggest complaint was the pillows. They are in definite need of replacement. Overall though, we enjoyed ourselves and the location being so close to really great bars/eateries on 6th Street.

Perfect home away from home for the weekend!

Loved this stay! The unit is super comfortable and the location was perfect. So much that is walkable and there is a bike share dock right on the corner that gets you further out easily. Comfy bed, big walk-in shower, full kitchen. So clean. Great/speedy communication with the owners. It was a wonderful stay and we would absolutley stay here again. :) As others said, the TV reception is spotty, which wouldn't have mattered to us at all except that we had a hail storm to ride out for a couple of hours. We aren't big tv watchers on vacation, in general, but just something to note if you are.

Wow! What an amazing property.

My overall experience was fantastic. Cute, cozy, condo, and very clean walking distance to amazing downtown. My favorite place to grab breakfast was the corner Café one block away. The host provided excellent customer service, and was extremely helpful upon check-in. Unfortunately, there was some discrepancies accessing the building, but the host came to our rescue promptly. I give this property a 10 out of 10 and will be looking forward to staying here again.
