Continuing down the front hall, you will find yourself in a large living room with a good quality sofa-bed, TV, and a bookshelf with various English titles. A half-step up through a door in the living room leads into a kind of ante-room, furnished with another comfortable sofa bed for two and a lamp. On one side of this room is the door to the bedroom, which has a 180 cm king-size bed. Another door from the ante-room leads into a large bathroom, which has a sink, toilet, bidet, and a crystal cabinet shower.

Exterior description (100 m2) running along a wall just outside of cortona are a few little doors; unlock this small, green one and go down the stone stairs (the steps are fairly steep; there is a light for night-time entry) into your own little secret garden. Here you'll find a table with wrought-iron chairs underneath a shady tree, as well as a beautifully kept private garden surrounded by ancient stone walls (the garden is now more mature than shown in the photos). You can sit and have a glass of wine in the afternoon as you watch birds and insects enjoy the greenery-- along with the occasional trespassing cat - or barbecue dinner on the grill. A few more steps go down from the garden to the front door of this apartment.
