#1 Beach Stay

Being so close to the water's edge provided a natural symphony of the waves hitting the shore. The offshore lightning storm provided images that will be long remembered.

Enjoyed the unit. Some of the furniture is a bit dated, but certainly not awful. Views are tremendous and location was excellent. Definitely a go backer!

Great Place!

Our condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. We have stayed at The Pearl previously and it is a great place to stay. The people we booked from sent us our check-in info two weeks before our stay which was awesome. During our stay, they even checked on us via text to ensure everything was going well. Super nice people! The beach service guy didn’t seem thrilled about the condos that include chair rentals but it wasn’t a big deal to us. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Fun Family Time

We all had a great time. The owners were awesome! Their communication was awesome. They kept us informed on everything we needed to know. A great time was had by all. The condo was as advertised, and the couch out on the balcony was awesome…. Definitely a sleeping couch. Haha!

Absolute Favorite

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space. Right at the elevator and they were quick, might I add. Never waited more than a couple of minutes to get in the elevator. We stayed on the island bc it was a busy weekend but between Andy D’s, Pier Restaurant and Juana’s, we had plenty of places to eat for dinner. 10/10 best place I’ve stayed, hands down.

Get away

The condo was right on the beach the master suite was Hugh the second bedroom could have use a dresser no place for folded clothes and a little tight to get in the closet but we made it work the beach was the cleanest beach I ever seen I didn’t like to remove all of our beach stuff off the beach at around 5 taking it every day was very tiresome it was good spending time with family over all nice place

Clean condo with great views. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay. Only downside was the beach chairs, which the chair service will not reserve ahead of time. They said only paying customers, not condo residents can reserve. All front row chairs were reserved the first morning, so we bought some chairs and an umbrella to set up. Had to be able to see our daughter when she was playing in the water. (This is not the condo owner's fault). The baclcony had nice seating. Overall we found it to be a nice stay :)

Great experience. plenty of towels for showers. Very clean. All went well. Family of 5.

Trip went very well. Only complaint was elevators. They were very slow but when we left they were working on one of them. That may have been the problem. Easy to get to beach. We kept our beach gear in car and was easy to pull out and walk right to beach. Plenty of parking.

4th of July Fireworks!

We had an awesome stay. Everything about The Pearl and Navarre Beach is wonderful. We sat on our balcony and watched the fireworks at the end of the pier. The pools were lovely, and the beach is beautiful and soft. Would stay again for sure!

We love our friends and our family, our hometown, festivals , food, the Ragin Cajuns Teams and Mardi Gras. My husband runs a small oilfield service company (and some other small businesses - laudromats, air conditioning/electrical services & has some commercial rental properties ). I run our Florida rental properties and assist Joey in his other businesses when it is needed. We stay very busy, LOL !

Why this property
***This Gulf of Mexico wonder of Navarre Beach has been the vacation spot for my husband since he was a small child and for me 25 or more years. I love to relax under an umbrella in the late afternoon at the beach while my husband naps on our full-size sofas on the balcony. I enjoy waking up to see that fantastic beach and ocean view.

It is Great for Families, Couples or Girls Getaway. If you want a little more action, you can go listen to a band, have some cocktails, go dancing or just go hang out ... there are plenty places to go. Navarre is Florida "best kept secret" -- now they are calling it "the most relaxing place"

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I enjoy the simple things, cocktails or coffee on the balcony, propped up on my sofa listening to the ocean and watching the dolphins and birds ... and not a bad place to work on your computer – Ha Ha.

You are right there on the beach ... with a short walk to the ocean. The Pearl is one of a few complexes in the area with a hot tub and the only one with a heated pool.
