About this property
Forrest and Jenny Treehouse. Hot tub. Riverfront
If you loved the movie Forrest Gump, you will love this treehouse. Modern, romantic, comfortable and peaceful in middle of 57 acre farm with 1/2 mile of river frontage in downtown Sevierville. Through the tree gate, you will wind along the road to your "treehouse". Your luxurious trip awaits you @ the top of the log rope bridge w/ 23 movie references. Can you find them all? On the deck is your hot tub, gas firepit, Adirondack rocking chairs, & bistro table. Egg chairs underneath to enjoy.
The treehouse is in the middle of a 57 acre farm looking out over the field towards the Little Pigeon River from the deck and the front faces the Great Smoky Mountains with views of Mt Leconte and the peaks which the Appalachian Trail traverses. There are two beach chairs underneath that you can take down to “The Island” at the river to dip your toes in the water and relax. There are two tubes underneath as well that you can take down to the river and walk up and float down. Chocos or water shoes recommend. Forrest And Jenny TREEHOUSE RULES • NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE or on deck (DO NOT THROW BUTTS ON THE GROUND. grass WILL CATCH ON FIRE! • We are hard at work completing additional treehouses. Work is generally limited to 8-5 during weekdays and we have provided 250 feet between each treehouse to hopefully create as little disturbance as possible. Thank you so much. So glad we could be a part of your big day.
We checked in and were amazed by how new and modern the house looked. We loved the theme, and the area around the property was so vast and beautiful. We had our own access to a private river with tubing, which was beautiful. The hosts themselves are very accommodating and responded to all of my texts and questions about everything very quickly (including my questions about the awesome hot tub we used). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a weekend getaway in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.
