Despierta cada ma��ana con el café en su porche privado con vistas a las aguas azules! Esta casa bellamente decorado en un country privado cuenta con múltiples proyectado porches y está situado en la calle de la playa! Ventanas soleadas brillantes permiten mucha luz para brillar en este plan de piso abierto, que cuenta con una gran cocina, salón con chimenea y cómodos asientos, y una amplia zona de comedor en la primera planta viva. Arriba, hay una gran suite principal con vistas a un exuberante laguna con su propio ba��o privado con ba���era de hidromasaje. ¡También se incluye internet inalámbrico para que sea mucho más fácil alejarse de la oficina por unos días! 2,000 pies cuadrados. No Fumar. Autocaravanas, remolques, botes y motocicletas no están permitidos en Wild Dunes Resort.

Spring Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location to the beach and pool was perfect especially for my elderly parents they did not have to walk far. We loved the screened in porches and the home was beautiful and comfortable.

Family Vacation!

Location to the beach and pool is fantastic. Some maintenance to the unit is recommended however the overall experience was great. We will certainly return.

Ocean Point escape

Wild Dunes is a shady, huge community with a hotel, restaurants, and shops, as well as bike trails and golf.

Ocean Point 18 - Perry Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a terrific time. The house was well furnished and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the Wild Dunes Links Course closed on Monday, May 4, the day after we checked in. There was no notice of this in any of the rental information we received. Found out about it the week before our arrival when I called for tee times. The proximity to the Links Course was a major consideration in renting this home.

2022 Family Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Wild Dunes! This is a wonderful property, spacious, beautiful and well-stocked with dishes and cutlery. It is located close to both the beach and pool access. One negative is that the beach closest to the property had few waves, and it is a bit of a haul through the sandy dunes to reach the beach. However, it was very private. We opted to use the 42nd Ave. beach access instead, which was great! My husband found out that you can register for a guest membership at the resort fitness center, and he enjoyed swimming laps during our visit. We visited several restaurants (Coastal Crust)and in Sullivan’s Island (Poe’s) and Mt. Pleasant (Crave Kiitchen)-allwere GREAT! We would definitely come back!

Well equipped kitchen! Twin beds not great for adults and more lighting in that room would be beneficial. Felt very safe while out walking. Pool was so close and very nice.Island Realty were absolutely wonderful to work with! We also used Charleston’s Baby Away to rent items like high chair,packnplay, baby toys, beach toys, beach cart and umbrella. They were also very accommodating. (We did find a high chair and packnplay in the house, after being told they weren’t available. I didn’t have to rent those items)Couple suggestions. The outside of the house, porches, decks need to be power washed. I wish we had chairs on the decks outside the bedrooms.We missed not be able to grill. Maybe one should be added in the pool area.We had an awesome time. Loved the location, house and working with Island Realty and Charleston Baby Away. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Ocean Point 18 February - March 2017

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have friends who's son lives in nearby Mt Pleasant. Our friends have been renting a house near their son in Mt Pleasant for the past few years. We have, in the past, vacationed in Hilton Head and then spent some time with our friends in their rental.At the end of our stay last year we, along with our friends, decided to stop at Island Realty to see what might be available on Isle of Palms for our vacations in 2017. We spoke with a young man named Drew who was most helpful. We rented at the Ocean Point location from late February through late March and our friends at Ship Watch for the month of February.We had originally rented an ocean front house, however, it was sold and the new owners chose not to rent the property. When we got the bad news about the sale of the house, we were vacationing in California. Island Realty worked with us and we decided to stay at Ocean Point 18 even though is was near the beach not ocean front.The description of the house and the pictures on the Island Realty website were an accurate representation. We found the house very clean and most comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with cookware and dishes. The appliances like new as were the coffee maker, blender and mixer. There was plenty of dishes and flatware for a large group.We noticed that the outdoor lights that lit the stairs at the entrance were not working causing a concern when arriving after dark. When I reported the issue to the maintenance group, a tech was there and, not only replaced the light bulbs but installed new motion activated lighting fixtures above the garage doors to light the driveway all within a few hours the same day.The house was in great location. To the right only a few steps was the entrance to the pool area and to the left a few steps was the entrance to the beach.I would recommend Island Realty and a stay at Ocean Point to anyone.

We had the unfortunate timing of being scheduled to arrive the day Hurricane Matthew made its arrival. The property manager kept us informed and worked with us to shift our dates slightly so we were still be able to enjoy our week on IOP. Great as always!

Nice house but needs some repairs

The door was very hard to open and only one key worked. The dishwasher stopped working on our last night. The refrigerator was old and leaked. There were only six towels when the description said sleeps 8. We had 7 people. This house didn't have enough extra blankets for sleeping. There were no sheets/blanket for sleeper sofa, which we needed to use. This house didn't provide anything extra as do many of the other homes. Like beach chairs, extra towels etc...We have rented other homes at Wild Dunes , not from Island Realty, and the owners simply provide more amenities. At this price point, it just needs to be nicer.The house also needs paint touch up . I said I would recommend to a friend, but with reservations. It needs some attention!,

Wonderful Stay at Ocean Point

From the description I wasn't sure how far they were from the house, but access to both were only a few feet down the road. Loved this rental. We would definitely stay here again.
