New 3-Bedroom Lakeview Townhouse

This stylish brand-new built townhome is perfect for small groups or family trips. We sit in a community with playground and volleyball area. The pool and gym are in the front section of the community - 10 min walk.

We are 25 minutes away from Ponte Vedra Beach. 10 minute drive to the The Pavilion at Durbin Park, and a 8 minute walk to amazing restaurants.

IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

PLEASE NOTE: Immediately after your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details. If there are identification concerns, you will be notified, your booking will be cancelled, and you will be fully refunded.

CAMERAS: There are cameras monitoring the doors.

Noise Detectors: There are noise detectors in the home that will alert us of unacceptable volumne in the home.

Please Note: The garage is NOT available for use at this time. There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. Additional public parking is approximately 4 houses down on your left.

The home has a full kitchen, dining, and living room area, and a screened patio with an amazing view of the lake. Upstairs has 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with very comfortable queen-size beds. There is also a blow-up bed in the home for an extra guest, if needed. Plenty of closet space and all the essentials needed for the beginning of your stay.

Place was clean, and a lot of room. No comfortable living space to relax and watch TV- just a small couch and one chair. Good location by Publix and restaurants, close to highway. Kitchen was well equipped but nothing in the kitchen- no cleaning supplies, no salt or pepper, no large bowl to make a salad or put chips/popcorn. Pool and fitness center is really nice.
