Welcome! We very much want you to feel at home and be able to relax in the comfort in our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a separate room for an office and high speed internet. Ideal for families, couples and friends. The home has been newly remodeled, painted and decorated and there is a calm, comfortable feel throughout.

- Enter the house into the living area, with brand new couch and a smart TV with popular streaming apps.
- One bedroom with a queen bed & bathroom is on the 1st floor.
- In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find all major appliances, as well as the small ones, including toaster, coffee machine, electric tea kettle.
- The drinking water supply is a reverse osmosis system and there is a water softener. No need to buy bottles of water.
- For our tea lovers we provide a tea bags sampler assortment variety pack.
- We have caffeinated and decaffeinated options for your morning joe!
- You have everything you need to prepare home cooked meals.
- There is lots of space for family meals. Dining room table includes 6 chairs, kitchen table includes 4 chairs and outside patio includes 4 chairs.
- The outside patio area is accessible from the kitchen and is completely
screened.
- The high end mattresses provide a beautiful sleep and our professional housekeeping and management team will make sure you have a wonderful stay every time.

Big house with great ac!

Had great time at the house. It's very large and was stocked with enough bath towels and dishes. We loved having access to the pool and gym. The ac kept the entire house very cool. We also loved the oversized washer and dryer. My only recommendation is to replace the beach umbrella and add a few more beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! We came to help my nephew’s family after the birth of his sixth child, and the house couldn’t have been better suited for our needs. Yelena is such an amazing host! She texted me with local places, maps and all the instructions. The house was so beautiful and had everything ready so I didn’t have to bring anything. Even the bath products are the nice ones in big containers. Everything was so perfect I wanted to move in! I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Host, Perfect House for our Family

Our family from OH, MD and SC came down to be with my 94 year old Father-in-law and other family members in the St. John’s/Jacksonville area for Thanksgiving. We had 6 adults, a 15 year old and a 2 year old. The house couldn’t be more perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to accommate us all. The house was clean, nice and well-appointed. The host was wonderful from the time we made the reservation, throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this property if you are in the St. John’s/Jacksonville area!

I grew up in a very large family. Our grandmother lived with us and all her kids and grandkids were visiting on a daily basis. Nobody ever wanted to leave our home. My grandmother was cooking, cleaning, welcoming and enjoying her family daily. She was a super & premier host minus the pay. My mom and dad didn't even know what it would be like to have no guests. I consider myself my grandmother's favorite grandchild (I'm also named after her) and I want to continue the legacy of hosting and making people feel like my home is their favorite second home and the most inviting get away.
My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations.
