Nice unit in a good location

This was an attractive unit in a good location with nearby food and coffee. We all enjoyed our stay as we checked out Portland colleges and neighborhoods.

Great location! Very comfortable! Good communication from host. Parking was a little tricky and not onsite which would have been good to know in advance because nearby street parking was restricted. We would have probably put different family members at that house. Would definitely love to return!

Great location. Space is clean, beds comfortable. Note that this is a basement unit, but still super nice. No property parking, but street parking was easy. Close to shops, cocktail lounges, and food trucks. Also, easy to get to the airport from this area.

2/10 Terrible

The rental had a broken bed when we arrived, the floors weren't mopped. Thankfully the host accommodated for us for the night to get the unit fixed. The last two nights we were there a group renting the house above us threw a massive house party and trashed the place. The whole block was full of people. My car was damaged by people at the party and the host had me make my own insurance claim instead of offering to help with my car. I was however refunded for one nights stay so that was nice. I was told that this location is often a party spot so depending on what you are looking for boom wisely.
