Newly renovated and fully furnished Beautiful 3/2 designer home located on Camero Dr. in the village of Santo Domingo, very close to Spanish Springs. 3-minute golf cart ride to the recreation center and two 9-hole golf courses, one of which is the only big-hole golf course in the north side of village.

Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom retreat in The Villages. This fabulous house offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests. With a king bed, a twin bed, and a sofa bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The house features heating, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine for your convenience. You'll also find 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub amenities. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything The Villages and our adorable house has to offer.

Split bedroom plan with a 2 bedroom guest suite is opposite the living room. The master is removed a bit from the living and guest rooms for a bit of privacy other side of the Kitchen

Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV ), walk-in closet and private shower bathroom with double sinks. Bedroom #2 has a 2 Twin beds and bedroom #3 has a fold out couch. Both guest rooms have a good size closet and share a full bathroom.

Living room has a 65" TV, and a reclining couch for your comfort. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in the Villages. House is equipped with bath towels, bed linens kitchen essentials.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house. There is a closet in the Utility room with the washer and dryer. A utility sink is in the garage.

Beautiful Florida room with comfortable chairs and a table for family fun, games or dining. There is also a TV and reclining love seat. Pass through the Florida room and you will at the exterior Pergola covered patio with beautiful patio furniture and and shade.


Rent includes. All utilities( on stays less than 6 months), high speed Internet, trash, exterminator and lawn service ARE INCLUDED.

Weekly rates available during May - December.

Great location! We really enjoyed staying here. Could tell there were recent renovations as the property looked modern and updated. Communication was great and Kim made herself available. We felt welcomed here and would recommend.

Comfortable place

This was a nice home in The Villages in a quiet community. Open floor plan with large kitchen and family room / dining room. Nice lanai. Calm colors and comfortable sofa. We would come back.

Picture Perfect Get-Away Home

Very easy check-in. The owner was pleasant to work with. Place was so clean. I loved the gift basket. That was a nice touch. House was very well-furnished. Great location. Close to restaurants and entertainment, as well as Rec-centers, pools, and golf courses. We would definitely stay here again. :)
