Highly Recommend!

We spent the first week of March 2025 at this property. It was everything we expected, clean and modern and in a peaceful neighborhood. Also close to restaurants and the beach. The hosts were very helpful and prompt with any questions we had or help we needed. St. Simon's Island is a beautiful place, and we enjoyed our stay.

Mini vacation

This property is brand new and beautiful!! Everything is as the listing describes. It was about an 8 minute drive to the village by the pier. That is mainly where we ate every night. The beach was also a short drive as well with plenty of parking. The property and beaches are dog friendly, so that was a perk for us. We brought our mini golden doodle with us on our mini vacation. The owners had amazing communication. We will definitely visit again! Thank you!

Working for our local Chamber of Commerce, I developed a passion for sharing and encouraging others to explore our wonderful local restaurants, shop owners, and the beautiful tours our area offers.

Loving St. Simons Island, we chose this quiet neighborhood to build our home (2024) with an apartment just 0.6 miles from the beach. We enjoy walking and riding our bikes on the safe bike paths, cruising in the golf cart to our favorite local restaurants, and taking our dog to the beach. Our neighbors are great friends, making this community truly special.

We found the perfect lot for our family, close to everything we love on St. Simons Island. Our rental stands out because it is newly built, impeccably clean, and features beautiful tropical-inspired landscaping. The private entrance and cozy covered porch offer a tranquil retreat, making it an ideal getaway for anyone seeking peace and comfort.
