Launched in July 2024, this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 1-bath guesthouse is located on the ground level of a lovingly restored historic home built in 1900. Offering 850 sq. ft. of stylish, comfortable living space, it’s the perfect retreat situated in a very private cul-de-sac between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs.

Wake up to stunning views of Pikes Peak, towering 8,000’ over Colorado Springs, and sip your morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the scenery from your private patio. Don't be alarmed by the herd of ever-present deer foraging for food just feet from you.

The guesthouse is completely private, with its own entrance and outdoor space, separate from the upper home where the owner resides (though he frequently travels to the West Coast).

Our home is professionally cleaned and staged, with linens and towels laundered to the highest standard.
