The spacious house was great for our weekend stay. The location to Penn State was fine. We really appreciate the cleanliness and ADA accommodations as two of the guests have handicap and compromised health issues.

As a wheelchair user, this was a perfect property for me and my family. The listing was accurate. There was a ramp to the front door, doorways were wide enough and master bath had a shower with a very small lip and a shower seat. Liss was very responsive to messages and answered right away when we had a small issue. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

This was a great property to stay at for a weekend in State College! My friends and I had a great experience. The hosts were very communicative, and the property was exactly as described. Still relatively close to campus but in a quiet neighborhood, so a great option especially if you don’t want to pay downtown prices!

The property was clean but the bedrooms were not very cozy. The shower ran out of hot water quickly and there was no soaps/gels for shower. If you stay here you have to bring all toiletries. Overall it was fine.

Great Location

Great location. House was a work in progress. It seemed that the house was not 100%. It was fine for what we needed. We arrived at 11:30pm, out the door to stadium by 11am. Got back home after midnight. It was a nice port in a storm. Minor issues, no hand towels, no toilet paper holder, paint rollers in the refrigerator. It will be nice when completed.
