The location was in a quiet cul-de-sac. The house fit our needs perfectly. It was a great layout and clean. The only bummer was ants. We kept the counters and floors clean from crumbs or food, which helped. Otherwise I would have given it an excellent rating. Everything else was really good.

We had an excelent stay in this house. It went beyond meeeting our expectations. The house was very clean, extremely comfortable with plenty of space. We loved the master bedroom and bath. The bathroom is equipped with a large dual shower head shower, double vanity and a very nice large standing tub. The kitchen was equipped with any and everything you could possibly need. There is even an upstairs office space with computer moniter and printer. Also, excellent communication with owner. If you are looking for a fabulous stay in the Ukiah area look no further. Thanks Cassie for a great stay!!!

This listing is false advertisement. It’s says BRAND NEW, well it’s far from being new. When we arrived there’s a really strong smell in the house. The carpet is dirty, sofa is ripped all the chairs and barstools, has loose screws. One of the bedrooms downstairs, we had to wash the bed sheets. Tiles in the master bath very dirty. Water build up on the faucets and sinks in the master bathroom. We left the windows open and the nasty smell from the house was still there. It looks like the owner lives in the house because all the closets were locked and she had stuff in the fridge and freezer. 400 a night for this house and not a good neighborhood, it’s not worth it.
