Den Tolman Huset byggdes i slutet av 1800-talet. 3 -Sovrum, 2-badhus har ett stort parti med en grÀsmatta och picknick / grillplats och helt inhÀgnat utomhus. Det Àr djurvÀnligt. Det finns en king size-sÀng, en dubbelsÀng, en dubbelsÀng, centralvÀrme och luft, ett stort kök med matplats vrÄ, vardagsrum och en solig bankett sittgrupp. Ett badrum Àr nya och moderna, med en dusch, medan den andra Àr original, med en klo fot badkar, som ligger utanför sovrummet. Huset Àr den perfekta storleken för tvÄ eller tre par eller en familj. Det sover 6 personer.

Den Tolman House har ett utmÀrkt lÀge som en bas för att utforska Anderson Valley och Mendocino kusten. Det Àr inom 300 ft. 2 vinprovning rum och MYNTA getost gÄrd / provsmakning och halv mil frÄn restauranger, shopping och ett mikrobryggeri. PÄ 15 minuter kan du vara vandring bland skogsstig i Hendy Woods State Park. Kör 30 minuter till Navarro stranden eller 50 minuter till den pittoreska byn Mendocino. En annan 15 minuter och du kan vara pÄ Ft. Bragg - FÄnga Skunk Train eller letar efter skatter pÄ Glass Beach. Du kan ocksÄ bara koppla av vid picknickbord och titta pÄ kullarna i Anderson Valley och Pinot Noir vinstockar som omger dig.

Just Right for Anderson Valley

Four cousins stayed 2 nights as part of a week long trip to taste wines in Sonoma. The location gave us a full day to enjoy four wineries and one brewery.

Pinot Festival Stay

Had an amazing time staying in this cute vintage farmhouse. Clean and quiet and great location next to some amazing wineries and downtown area. Hosts were amazing and accommodating. Woke up to see the sheep having their morning breakfast. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Weekend!

The house was charming, very comfortable and cool in the high heat. It had everything we needed for cooking and eating. We also enjoyed the Four Sight Winery and we hope to return in the coming months! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Convenient to all in-town Boonville attractions

Cute and cozy little bungalow with nice vintage touches. Very clean and nicely equipped. Easy walking distance to all the town’s attractions. Wish the WiFi info was included since there is WiFi to support the Roku TV.

“Third Time is not only the Charm” - It was totally wonderful

Our after Christmas stay at “The Tolman” house was again very relaxing and fun. The rain didn’t dampen our spirits and wine tastings were just as enjoyable during the storms. House was just as clean and comfy as our last 2 stays. Nancy was as responsive to emails as before. Everything worked, water was hot, we have learned how to sign into our home cable aps for shows, enjoyed our afternoon reading time and Tara loves the large yard. The five-course dinner at the Boonville Hotel was superb. Don’t forget to do a tasting at Foresight Wines, where Joe will impart his knowledge and passion for the land and wine. We will be back for a fourth stay in the future.

ReviewWe had a fabulous stay at the Tolman house. Check in was smooth and straightforward, as were the instructions for garbage, internet, etc. The property was ideally located right near multiple wineries (Foursight was our favorite!) and convenient to the restaurants and stores in Boonville. The house was very clean and comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen that enabled us to enjoy some family meals at the house. Our kids loved exploring the grounds and playing outside with our host’s wonderful grandson. One small note as visitors are assigning rooms: the lovely clawfoot tub/shower off the master would be difficult to access for anyone with mobility issues (though the owners thoughtfully installed a handle, which would help). However, the other walk in shower was perfect for our parents and located right next to one of the bedrooms. A bonus was that the shower and bathroom were separate rooms, which is so helpful with a bigger group! The master and clawfoot tub suited the younger folks in our party quite nicely so it all worked out well. In all, a fantastic visit to a cozy home that made us feel like we were staying with family (in a good way!). Thank you to the Charles family!

This was a perfect stay for what we needed. The house had all the amenities you would expect for a home. It was clean, well appointed and in a great location for us as we were visiting family in the area. Highly recommended if you are visiting Anderson Valley! I forgot my sport coat and Nancy has even offered to mail it back to me, thanks so much!

Five of us spent a weekend wine tasting in Anderson Valley. This house is an excellent place to stay in the heart of Boonville. We walked to Foursight Wines and to Pennyroyal Farms. The house was clean when we arrived. All of the beds were very comfortable. The stove is an old one, but works well. Our dog had fun running in the enclosed yard. I would not leave a small dog in the yard unsupervised. There are some gaps in the fencing. We all agreed that we will stay here again.

Perfect home base for a wine tasting weekend

The cottage was perfect for the four of us. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. Very cozy. We would stay there again during future weekends in Anderson Valley.

A little like stepping back in the past..except with heat and a/c
very comfortable, clean, great location for a visit to wine country
