There’s ample parking for multiple vehicles, including a two-car garage and a gated side yard for secure boat trailer storage. With generous dock space and shore power, the property easily accommodates multiple vessels, making it ideal for serious boaters and water lovers alike.
Other things to note
This home has a 7 night minimum policy. We rent Saturday to Saturday only unless arranged otherwise with property manager. There is no smoking allowed inside the home! Pets may be considered with an additional pet fee and deposit. Pool heat is an additional $250 a week. There is an elevator available upon request for a $500/week fee (Unavailable at this time due to repairs until further notice). Usage of the 20/30 Amp power at dock for large boats is an additional $250 a week. There are 8 “outside only” security cameras covering the driveway, dock and pool areas.
