Beautiful property. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, trash bags etc. The appliances were fantastic. Great spaces for our large gathering of 12. Two living rooms were awesome.

We loved the amenities and condition of the house and yard. The only thing we missed from previous visits ( not with C-B ) was the view and sounds of the ocean. A screened in porch would be nice too). A combination of 104 Laurel and 36 Surf Ave) located south of Rehoboth Ave. Just wondering if such a rental existed.

truly everything you'd want in a vacay home. everything is clean, brand new, fully stocked with amenities and is labeled everywhere :) check in was a breeze. just a small confusion b/c we were told we didn't need to go rental office for keys since house had digital entry but the parking passes were there at the office. rental agent was nice enough to drop them off so we didn't have to go. great experience !

This house was perfect for our large group - multiple kitchen spaces, dishwashers and fridges was perfect. Clean and updated. Walking distance to beach and downtown Rehoboth.Would love to stay again.

Beautiful home! Loved the outdoor balconies and back yard patio. The second kitchen made meal prepping easy for a group. Great location too the beach! Highly recommend!

What a great place. Dual entertaining spaces made this awesome for families along with plenty of beds for the kids. Amazing location. The owner and property manager were both great to work with. Definitely one of the best properties we’ve rented. We’ll be back for sure!

Property was very nice and welcoming, although off-street parking was limited to just two cars. We had an issue with the HVAC upon arrival, but the leasing agent and property owners worked diligently and quickly to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Review of our stay at 104 Laurel

Our group has been coming to this home for the past several years and have always enjoyed our stay there. We were amazed at how beautiful the newly renovated home looked. In the past, we have not had issues, but this year, I am sorry to say, we did. I would say all of the issues could have been resolved if addressed. However, the only issue that was addressed was when we called to say we were not getting hot water for our showers. Coldwell immediately sent someone to address the problem and it was fixed. Here is a list of the other issues that were not addressed: Infestation of gnats (we purchased sticky tapes to attract them. Did not do much good. They were in the kitchen, dining room and some of the bedrooms and bathrooms. They were there the entire time we were there. The shower door in the upstairs back bedroom was not aligned properly, thereby causing the door to hit against the glass panel when it was closed. The light switch in the hall bathroom on the second floor did not work - the one operating “heat, light, fan”. The light switch in the dining area was always “hot” to the touch, thereby causing concerns about the electrical. From the second day, we called regarding the Keurig. It was leaking the entire time we were using it. It was not the same Keurig that was supposed to be there - at least according to the appliance brochure. Needless to say, the gnats did a lot towards ruining what would otherwise be a lovely time. Two of the ladies, on first arriving, had definitely considered renting with their families next summer, but because of the lack of response, have decided against it.

This house is totally amazing! Our family and friends had a fabulous week staying at this house. Didn’t need anything extra. The house has everything you need plus some. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, enough room for all of us, walking distance to beach and shopping. Loved it! Definitely going back next year.

Awesome house and location. A lot of space, great for families, close to beach. Plenty of outdoor space and two grills. Only two cars fit in the driveway but street parking is very easy to find after acquiring weekly permits. Would definitely stay here again.
