This was the ideal location and accommodations for what our group of 7 needed. The price was very reasonable. Even though it is considered "out of town" it is a wonderful community that it is located in and the drive to Oak Harbor is easy. It was well stocked with kitchenwares and even some basic spices and such. We highly recommend that if you stay here that you take time to walk down to the private community beach access and walk along the beach at low tide. We loved it! Would definitely stay here again if we visit in the future.

The property offered great views and well stocked kitchen. Communication while there was terrible. When we arrived the house has a fly issue, we killed and swept up over 20 of them. Both shower curtains had mold on them, shampoo and conditioner containers were disgustingly dirty, shower heads need to be replaced. Dining chairs need replacing as you sink to the frame. Need more wash cloths as only 2 in the house that sleeps 8 or more. We responded to text messages with Avante and no one helped with the issues. We will not stay in their properties again. Stay at your own risk.

We were traveling to Oak Harbor for the memorial service of a beloved cousin. This was a great place for our family to stay. The views, the hot tub and the location made this the best place for us to be. We left a jacket there, and they were nice enough to run it over to a family member do we could get it back.

We enjoyed our stay in this excellent quiet neighborhood. The house featured a nice deck, and kitchen was well equipped with supplies for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and most furniture adequate, though a few uncomfortable dining chairs. We did experiece some issues with the hot tub and had a hard time reaching the host during Easter weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Whidbey.

Beautiful home in quiet location

We had a 3 night stay with our late teenage children. Very clean and well stocked. Quiet. Short drive to Oak Harbour for groceries, etc. Hot water was reduced and we all couldn't shower one day. There was a small delay in property manager getting back to us about the issue, but hot water tank was repaired that evening. Would have given 5 stars if not for hot water tank issue as you expect to be able to shower when you rent a home.

Relaxing spot

We used this home as our base camp for the tulip festival. Even though it was about 40 min from the festivities, it was worth the haul for such a lovely place. We really appreciated the complimentary pizza and gifts. We also loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. My only complaints are minor but worth noting. The mattresses were really hard, and pillows were not very soft either so if firm is your thing then you’re in business. The other thing was the toilet paper. Single ply Costco stuff just doesn’t cut it so consider bringing your own. Also, we have a two year old who could fit his body all the way through the upstairs railing so we had to be extra cautious when he was upstairs. The place was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the use of the washing machine.
