Este es uno de los complejos más pequeños en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa, por lo que si está buscando un lugar acogedor y tranquilo, ¡este lugar es perfecto para usted! Con solo 3 condominios en cada piso, este complejo nunca se saturará, el área de la piscina siempre tendrá suficiente espacio para todos y la playa se sentirá más privada que nunca. El establecimiento también cuenta con parrillas para barbacoa y la piscina frente a la playa se calienta en invierno.
Este condominio de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en el segundo piso y ofrece amplias vistas de la hermosa costa de azúcar blanca. Cuando salgas al balcón frente a la playa, ¡las vistas te dejarán sin aliento! Sin obstrucciones, sin vistas laterales: ¡esto es FRENTE AL MAR DIRECTO!

The place was very clean and well kept except for a wad of hair in the bed which was s bit gross but I realize you cannot get everything perfect. We loved the views and beach was great. I really liked the gated parking area, great having a washer/dryer. Pool was very cold, no way it was heated at the time of our visit. Overall we really enjoyed the place.

We sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered with the bedding. That’s certainly not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the pool, it is heated during the winter months (December through March). Once April arrives, the heating is turned off, which is why it may have felt quite cold during your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear you still had an enjoyable visit overall. We’d love to host you again in the future!

It was a great Condo! The location and size was perfect for our family! It was right on the beach making it easy acces with a walkeay to get there. Also a little convenient store close by. Best place we stayed at so far!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, we arrived right at check-in time. We get there and the condo was not even clean yet. One of the cleaning crew told me they were still cleaning, we had to wait an hour after check-in time before they were even done. If I’m told a check-in time, I expect to be able to check-in at that time. Then after we were able to check in, we immediately noticed one of the chairs were broken at the kitchen table. On the second night there, we were sitting on the balcony and heard a loud crash. We went to investigate what caused the noise and the shelf in the laundry room had collapsed. It’s obvious this company does not maintain their properties very well and also can’t have the properties cleaned and ready in time for check-in. We will not be booking with this company again.

We had a nice time. It wasn’t over crowded and easy to get to the beach. The only negative we had was the bed mattress was to hard and uncomfortable. We will be coming back next year.

The walk to the beach is not a long one, and during our stay (May 2016) we had free beach rental chairs and umbrellas (which we loved)The property is clean, well lit and quiet. Its a small property which we liked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Property and condo are beautiful and well maintained. the only drawback I have is too many gates and combinations to remember. If you have a Gate with a code to get on the property then you don't need a code on the pool bathroom door. If you want it coded, please make it match the other codes. Having to remember 4 different codes for a short stay is annoying! Everything else with the condo was very relaxing.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the multiple access codes — we completely understand how that can be frustrating, especially during a short stay. Just to clarify, we don’t control the codes for the entire property (like gates or pool areas); we only manage the code for the condo door itself. For security reasons, we’re not able to match it with the other codes, as that would risk allowing general access to the unit. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

Great location, very clean

I was very pleased with our stay. The app they offer makes check in and check out a breeze. the condo was very clean and the location was perfect. The beaches weren't overcrowded and it was a very short drive over the bridge into Destin. Two things that keep me from giving this condo 5 stars is the bathroom shower size and the beds. The showers were tiny, smaller than I have in my camper. and the beds were not very comfortable. Those are two things that are important to me on a vacation stay. But outside of that this place was great and we will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. As with most hotel rooms and condos my allergies acted up due to dust. Overall 201 was clean and tidy. If we are able we would certainly revisit this, or any other of the units there. Parking is now gated and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and so is the beach. You may want to bring some extra coat hangers, as there were few in our closet. Overall I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back in the future.7
