Four flat screen TV's, hi speed wireless internet, gas grill and a lovely pool (heat is $200/wk optional). Pool is 10 X 20 and 4' deep. The dining upstairs is for 12. Six at the kitchen counter and six at the table.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, guest bedroom #1 has queen size bed and guest bedroom #2 has a twin and a trundle (makes up into 3 twin size beds). They share a jack and jill bathroom. There is also a pull out for an extra guest. A maximum of 8 including all children is allowed on this level.
This is the main floor of the duplex and is two bedroom, two and a half bath's. Well decorated and extremely well kept home with large sliders opening up to the pool deck.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twins and there is a pull out couch in the living room. Dining table comfortably seats 6. There is a maximum of 6 including all children as per the city license.
There is 50' of deep water dockage with a step down dock, 30 and 50 amp service at the dock ($100 fee) water and a fish cleaning table. Dock ladder for your convenience. Gas grill to enjoy at the pool. Each unit has their own washer and dryer. Cabana Club membership comes with this unit which is only 1/2 block away.
On the shady side of the street so you can clean your catch in the comfort of the shade. Sunrise on the canal side and sunset is on the entrance side....for cooler afternoons. Lots of parking on both sides for all your vehicles and trailers. (One trailer per side as per city ordinance).
