Maison au bord du lac à couper le souffle!

Belle maison au bord du lac à seulement 50 pieds du lac. Il a vraiment une vue d'un million de dollars! Seulement 10 marches descendant jusqu'au quai vous mènent au lac. La vue magnifique sur le lac depuis le salon principal et les deux côtés de la maison vous donne l'impression d'être sur une péniche! Vous ne voyez aucun voisin. La maison dispose de 4 chambres et d'un grenier, 4 salles de bains, belle cuisine gastronomique avec appareils en acier inoxydable et cuisinière à gaz de 36 ', téléviseurs à écran plat WIFI, grande terrasse avec barbecue à gaz, terrain de pétanque, ping-pong, baby-foot, foyer extérieur, 2 kayaks , canoë, pédalo et très grand quai pour se détendre. Apportez votre bateau ou louez-en un. Pêche parfaite juste à côté de la propriété. Le terrain de pétanque a des lumières qui est parfait pour les tournois nocturnes avec votre famille et vos amis! Cette maison est proche des terrains de golf, de la location de bateaux et de la motoneige en hiver.

Remarque: le quai est retiré en hiver, mais nous avons accès à un lancement privé gratuit.

Disposition de la maison:
A l'étage - Une chambre avec lit queen, mezzanine ouverte avec lit queen et lit double. Il y a une salle de bain à l'étage.

Étage principal - Cuisine, salon, foyer, salle de bain, chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bain attenante avec deux lavabos en marbre, dressing et grande douche.

En bas - Deux chambres. Une très grande chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec un lit queen-size, un lit escamotable queen-size, une cheminée, une télévision, un mini-réfrigérateur et un évier. L'autre est une chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants avec un lit queen et quatre lits superposés avec une télévision. Il y a aussi une salle de bain et buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse en bas.

Nous fournissons tout, du shampoing aux sacs zippés, afin que vous ne fassiez pas de déplacements constants au magasin. Nous avons hâte de partager notre maison avec vous!

It’s a great house and we were thrilled to have the dock for paddleboarding along with the cool set up with games, kayaks, paddle board etc. The distribution of beds and baths was really convenient for our group, we definitely recommend, and would stay again!

Comfy space on the water

Came up for a long Mother’s Day weekend with the family. We really enjoyed how much space we had, the deck was amazing just sitting in the sun with big umbrellas looking right out over the water. The beds were really comfortable. The outdoor space below with the hot tub was a nice space as well. We didn’t want to leave and we had most meals at the cabin.

Great Family Retreat!

This home is a fantastic family retreat. it has everything you need and more! Very kid friendly home, beautiful kitchen, spacious rooms, plenty of fun games and lakeside activities. Owners are responsive and extremely easy to work with. You can tell they really care about their home and our experience at the lake. We will be renting this home again next year. Hands down our favorite rental on the lake!

This house has a great location on the lake. The water is deep even during low water years. The outside space is amazing as it has a lower and upper deck, lots of seating, bocce ball, Ping-Pong, foosball, firepit, and a grassy area that our group really enjoyed. The house has plenty of beds so that everyone is comfortable. It is well stocked. We had a great time and plan to return!

Perfect family getaway

Absolutely wonderful layout in this home! The 5 bedrooms can truly sleep 17, with easy access to its 4 bathrooms. The dining setup allowed all 13 of us to sit together at the table in the dining area, and on the deck. Just a few steps provides easy access to the private dock and the lake. Amenities include a spa, ping pong, foosball, bocce ball, kayaks, paddle boards, and a huge fire pit surrounded by a dozen Adirondack chairs. There’s an abundance of parking, which easily accommodated our 5 vehicles and the boat trailer. All of our family’s needs and wants were met in this wonderful home! We loved it, and will definitely consider spending our next family vacation there.

Dream family vacation!

Our family group included five adults, one teenage girl,one eight year old girl, and five boys ages six through ten. This vacation spot was perfect in every way. The boys absolutely loved the spacious recreation room and bunk room downstairs. The two girls enjoyed the loft, giving them privacy and space away from the boys. The adults absolutely loved the abundant number of restrooms, large kitchen and space for everyone to eat family meals together. The kitchen was huge with beautiful equipment and all of the amenities of home. The view of the lake was very picturesque. The hot tub was very relaxing and the fire pit gave hours of enjoyment, especially making s’mores with the kids. The home was very clean. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. Our family had a perfect Thanksgiving vacation. I highly recommend this home.!

Ahhhh-mazing!!

The reviews are correct, pictures cannot do this place justice! We're already talking about booking it again! The hosts were very responsive and helpful and made the whole experience very easy. It is the most perfect lake cabin I have ever stayed at! The views were so gorgeous that I wanted to soak up every second while we were there. The house is cleverly laid out to maximize the 3 levels and make it feel so roomy. It had everything you would need to make the stay super comfortable whether kitchen items, bathrooms on every level, or fun toys/games for every age. We had 5 kids from 3-12yrs old and they thought they were at they were at Disneyland with so many fun activities and adventures to explore including having a 2 day slumber party in the bunk room that fit all 5 kiddos perfectly. The adults relaxed on the sun porch, inside on the comfy couch, by the large fire pit with oversized chairs, or hot tub area, all of which had the gorgeous 180 degree views of the lake. The kitchen and bathrooms were all newer and clean and the beds comfortable and inviting. I'm still pinching myself that we were able to pull this off. The perfect extended family retreat!! Do yourself a favor and book it now!

Nice local getaway

Amazing experience for our large family party with adults and small kids and in celebration of my husband’s 40th birthday! Having lakefront access was a huge plus. The property in itself is well maintained from what we experienced and was very comfortable for all. A couple of improvements though were 1) getting WiFi access - instructions weren’t very clear or helpful but the property manager was very responsive at this beginning stage, and 2) the downstairs room with the bunk bedding had a lighting issue that couldn’t be resolved on day 2. This is when contacting the property manager didn’t seem to be helpful. Somehow the property manager wasn’t responsive at this point. But all in all it was a great experience and we’d love to stay here again! Like… every year!

All around great place with great accesories in a great location

My three generation family had a fantastic time on the lake in this cabin. The deck size and view can not be beat. The cabin had everything: canoe, kayaks, paddle board, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, bocce ball, two buoyies, a large dock and more…. All this and only 16 minutes from Chester, where there is a super market, coffee store, gas stations, restaurants and much much more. We are planning to stay again next year

Fantastic lakefront house

The house was perfect for a relaxing, fun, lakefront getaway. It had all the amenities of home, and more! The views of the lake from the upper deck, lower deck, and hottub were amazing; can't wait to get back!

Awesome Lake House

Awesome home on the shores of Lake Almanor. Located in a great neighborhood and a super spot on the lake. Don't let the lack of a direct view of Mount Lassen fool you: the property's position on the Lake is ideal, sheltered by the peninsula without having to deal with the hassles of going in and out of the country club. The home is comfortable and well laid out. Kids can play all day downstairs without getting underfoot of the adults upstairs in the kitchen, dining and living spaces. The bunkroom in particular is terrific. We stayed during Christmas season and had to deal with snow, but can see why the cabin stays booked up during the summer. Great place!

A lovely long weekend

The minute we walked into the house we felt at home. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable family weekend. The view of Lake Almanor is spectacular ! It was a changeable weather weekend which is to be expected in October and so we saw the lake in sunshine, cloudy and misty, and a little bit of rain on the last day. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Our grandson got out one of the kayaks and had a paddle around and our daughter took out her paddle board. We only saw a couple of other people out on the water the whole time we were there. It was very peaceful. We made use of and thoroughly enjoyed the s’mores kit provided. Thank you Christina for sharing your home with us. We all said we would love to return.

We’ll be back!

This was such an amazingly, spectacular lake house. It was perfect for our family of five with all the things to do right on the lake. (This could easily accommodate three families. ). We took the kayaks on the lake, fished off the dock, played bocce ball, and enjoyed the spa (there’s also fus-ball and ping pong). The views from this property are out of this world!!! The kitchen was huge and we’ll equipped. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of room to spread out. My teenagers enjoyed the tv in each room and that it had WiFi. We also enjoyed a day fishing on the lake and chartered a fishing boat (thank you Matt at 530.965.2085). We will be back! We can’t wait to come out during the summer so we can swim in that lake. Thank you West Family!

Amazing location, very fairly priced

We had a great time here and the views were amazing. You walk out of the sliding door have a perfect view of the lake. The house is a good layout, definitely enough space for a bigger group and plenty to do around the lake. One tip - get grocery shopping done ahead of time because the small grocery store in town is quite expensive

As soon as we saw this home we fell in love with the view. The lakefront view is breathtaking. When you are out on the large deck you do not see any neighbors. We are located on the point in the deeper waters. You look to the left and to the right and all you see is the gorgeous lake. The pictures do not do it justice. You will need to see it for yourself.
