🚗 Getting here:
To avoid bumpy dirt roads, we recommend this easy paved route. Head north on Sunfair Rd from Hwy 62, make a left on Broadway, and a left on Flamingo Ave. Following this route will keep your drive smooth and stress-free. :)
GPS sometimes suggests dirt roads, so this is the best way in! Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the home.

🏡 Private Property & Exploration:
The entire property is private and for your use. You are welcome to explore from the roadways to the back wooden fence at your own risk.

Entertainment Setup:
🔌 HDMI Cable Location: Found in the left cabinet of the living room TV stand for gaming systems, computers, etc.
🚫 Do Not Pull the TV Out to access ports.

Heating & Cooling:
❄️ A/C: Use the window unit for cooling.
🔥 Heat: Use the Nest Thermostat for heating.

For Best Cooling:
✅ Keep doors and windows slightly ajar in rooms you want cooled.
