Hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños en una calle privada sin salida en una tranquila zona residencial, capacidad para 11 personas. Una hermosa zona de la ciudad con tierras de cultivo al otro lado de la calle. Conveniente para South Beach, el centro, el carril bici, Morning Glory Farm y Edgartown Great Pond. El acre completo de la propiedad ofrece varias áreas para disfrutar del exterior en un entorno privado. La cocina totalmente equipada incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, porche cerrado de 3 estaciones con vista a un gran patio trasero. Pisos de madera en todo. Lavadora / secadora, WIFI, ropa de cama, sillas de playa y bicicletas.
¡Este entorno tranquilo y sereno y las atracciones / actividades cercanas seguramente le ofrecerán a usted, a su familia y a sus invitados una gran experiencia de viñedo! A very people friendly property, with 2 1/2 baths and enough A/C units and fans for humid and rainy days. Felt safe and peaceful with lovely outside sitting areas. Plenty of kitchen conveniences. Cable a great plus. Enjoyed the bunnies and even had baby robins in their nest under the porch roof area. Thank you.

Edgartown Meeting House Hill Rental.

This is the third time we have stayed at this home in the past 3 years. It is always clean and well maintained. It has an excellent washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with any serving wear and cooking items that you need. There is lots of room in the three bedrooms. The yard is very nice for children and pets.

Off-Season in Martha’s Vineyard

This property was perfect for us. The yard is huge, perfect for outdoor games. The master bedroom suite on the first floor is perfect for seniors. Lots of space for family activities on main floor. Easy access to the rest of the island, the ferries and the airport. Only one small downside: a jarring pot-holed dirt road to get to the home. A really great vacation venue for us!

Great week on the island

We really enjoyed our week at the house. Our hosts were so responsive(like within minutes) to any of our questions and the description didn't disappoint. We had everything we needed and then some and felt really comfortable just hanging in the house when the weather wasn't great. The location was great between being a couple miles from town or South Beach or less than a mile to Morning Glory along with easy access to oak bluffs. Nice and private and quiet but access to all the island offers. Thank you so much for letting us share your home!!

Amazing Experience!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The location is perfect! Huge/private yards..it’s quiet. You are close to the beach and downtown Edgartown. I am actually on the ferry heading home (RI) and I already miss MV/this house so much. The house is open and has a lot of space! Perfect getaway vacation. Thank you.

Peaceful Retreat

Absolutely loved this property. Everything was perfect and convenient. The house and grounds were everything we looked for and more. Absolutely loved the soothing sounds of birds and winds. Nice secluded spot but close to downtown and beaches. Very well kept grounds and spaces to relax. The owners were super quick to respond to all my questions and inquiries. This was a very a special stay for my family and parents. We made some great memories and had an enjoyable time at the Vineyard. Would definitely love to come again. Thank you Rich and MA.

Great house for family Christmas

We stayed here to celebrate Christmas with my daughter and husband who live on island. The house was perfect set up for 6 adults and plenty of room. The kitchen was outfitted with everything needed - even to cook a Christmas Roast! The location seems like it is 15 mins from everything, boat, beach, shopping. Check in was easy, wifii and cable service were great, the host has thought of everything.

Edgertown home review.

The property is nice as advertised. Nice Wajer and dryer. Rooms are large. The downstairs master bedroom toilet is very old and needs to be replaced.

Great house and beautiful property !! Our favorite !

We have stayed at many different properties on MV over the course of 30 years. This property is our favorite. It is clean, well maintained, roomy and comfortable for our family. The outdoor area has 2 lovely patio seating areas, a large shaded backyard, and a large sunny front yard. It is quiet and private and we love that we’re able to bring our dogs who are loving members of the family. It’s location is central and easily accessible to many favorite island areas. We especially enjoy the island in September, since we can explore beautiful beaches that are restricted to residents only in the summer months & our dogs can join us !! The hosts are friendly, helpful & easy to communicate with. The caretaker Blake is as well. Thank you - We love your home

Amazing stay!

House was great and the location was amazing. The hosts were very accommodating as well when our travel plans were disrupted. Just know you need to bring your own linens etc!

A great home in a great location!

Our family of four had a great time. The location of the home was convenient to so many things! Easy ride into Edgartown, the beach and anywhere on the island. The house is roomy and stocked with anything you might need. The location is a peaceful quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this home and would rent here again.

Edgartown Fall Vacation

The property is nice. The furniture, TVs and appliances are modern. The bikes in the shed were great to use on the many local bike paths. All the kitchen utensils anyone would need are there. Very nice living room and family room with lots of closet space in the bedrooms. The outdoor yards are nice and flat. Excellent for dogs and children to play in. The only problem is the two downstairs toilets need to be replaced. They do not flush well.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

I hesitate to write an honest review for fear others will snipe my vacation opportunity! This house had everything! Great location near beach, town and our fave spot, Morning Glory. Clean and well-equipped with bikes, beach chairs, amazing kitchen, comfy beds. Our family thoroughly enjoyed being here and we will (hopefully) be returning soon! The owners even called and offered to mail an item we’d left behind! Top-notch!! Thank you!!!

Great location! 3rd house from a dead end ensures minimal traffic.Beautiful front yard with an abundance of shade in the back yard which affords privacy, shade and still room for yet more fun filled family activities. The enclosed 3 season porch and side covered porch makes for numerous locations to relax and enjoy nature. Close to everything to makes the best vacation ever. Beach,bike- path to town and public transportation. The house has an open airey home feel with great amenities. Everything provided for a great Vineyard family vacation!
