Beautiful home, amazing views, wonderful time

Our family of four grown children and two grandkids had a wonderful time in this newer home that featured an attractive & fully functional kitchen. It became our gathering spot just adjacent to the beautifully presented outdoor space. A unique eight to ten foot sliding folding door system created a seamless way to the enjoy the patio right off the kitchen. The online pictures promised a well integrated and appealing outdoor lounging and recreational area, and the home delivered beyond what we expected. The home’s setting hundreds of feet above the ocean front gives “forever” views of both the Pacific & Channel Islands out the back as well as the mountains in the front. The added bonus was the easy to run Sonus sound system and pool/spa features all integrated into two apps on an iPad. It created just the atmosphere we needed to enjoy the home and each other. My wife and I took walks both in the neighborhood as well as at Shoreline Park and Leadbetter Beach which are less than a ten minute drive away. Finally, when we had questions about a crib, and the bedrooms, Tatiana was always reachable with an answer. Quality grocery stores and restaurants were each to reach, and the town of Santa Barbara is minutes away. I would highly recommend this home.

Hilltop hideaway

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood with a fantastic view! Big, very well equiped kitchen and excellent amenities throughout a well-kept home. We had a very successful UCSB graduation celebration and family reunion. Nice exercise walk to West Beach and short drive to State Street goodies. Would go back without hesitation and will recommend to friends.

Wonderful home in a great location!

We come to Santa Barbara every year for Fiesta and have rented a variety of houses in different locations. This home was perfect in every way. It was beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed, the rental process was easy, and the location was ideal for our family. Can't wait to come back.
