The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a large island, allows for easy meal preparation and socializing with loved ones. The multi-level deck and the private dock provide ample opportunity to relax and soak in nature.

- Please no excessive noise, parties, or events.
- No smoking.
- Kindly remove shoes at front door to minimize messes.
- Only guests on the reservation may occupy the house. All guests must be registered in advance.
- Quiet hours are in place from 10pm to 8am.
- Guests may be required to sign a lease that will be provided separately.
