Detta rymliga tre sovrum, ger 2 1/2 bad bostad en optimal nivÄ av komfort för alla stora semestrande familj, romantiska par, eller affÀrsresenÀren. Det ger ocksÄ enkel tillgÄng till viktiga destinationer som centrum, strÀnder, och St. Augustine.

De tvÄ vÄningar radhus erbjuder gÀsterna tillrÀckligt utrymme för att vila och koppla av. Det finns ocksÄ en skÀrmad pÄ baksidan uteplats för gÀsterna att njuta av utomhus komfort. Vanessa was very clear and thorough in communication. Condo was end unit that is pretty private. New appliances were nice. Great location in jax. Condo could have been a little cleaner but overall great stay.

Space away from family during Thanksgiving

The property was clean and provided us the space needed for our family of 5. Due to Thanksgiving, we were mostly with family away from the property. However, the property needs a deep cleaning and is showing it's age.

Very comfortable place to stay

We had several family members in town to see my Dad who was in ICU. It was a perfect place to stay. It had a good number of beds for us all and a great sized living room and dining room for us all to be together. We were very comfortable and the rooms were really nice.

Back in JAX visiting our friends

We recently stayed at this property while visiting JAX after living here for several years. We had a great time, were offered an early check-in, and the process was very smooth and worry-free! The neighborhood was gated and felt safe, and it was in a very quite area.

Family friendly

Our stay was amazing. The house was just as advertised, and family friendly. The location is close to the freeway so it was easy to get anywhere (especially the beach). Great communication but everything was in order before we got there so we didn’t have to call or text for anything during our stay. Will definitely stay here again

Spacious townhouse

Plenty of room for family of 4. Great communication with host. For us, master bed was uncomfortable, but beds are always subjective and to each his own. Safe neighborhood.

Good Property for Family Visit to Jacksonville

We had an enjoyable five-night stay at the Knight Lodge with our family. Everything was just as expected when we arrived - beds had fresh linens, bathrooms were clean, kitchen was stocked. The location for this property is fantastic. It is close to the highway, but not so close that you hear it. It is a quick shot into town or the beaches and near a shopping plaza with a grocery store. I had never stayed in a townhouse community before, but it worked out fine. The owner got us gate access and the neighbors were mostly quiet - we heard them hanging out on their back porch until 10-11pm, but we slept fine. There is a walking trail around a pond in the community and a sidewalk connects it to a nearby park - a great feature if you have kids. There is enough parking for two cars if you put one in the garage and the other in the driveway, but outside of that parking is limited. There is a pool and fitness facility on site, but we did not use them. We were there over Thanksgiving and were making pies when we had a brief moment of panic after we realized that we had left our rolling pin at home - but not to worry, the kitchen even had a rolling pin. I'm not sure if the dishwasher just had weird controls or if it isn't working properly, but to get it to run you have to shut the door just as the the cycle you want is lit up for a second as it automatically rotates through all the cycles. There was no way to set the cycle and then just shut the door. Other than that all of the appliances worked as expected. Much of Jacksonville has funky tasting water, and that was true here too, so I recommend getting some bottled water for drinking if you aren't used to it. The owner was very responsive when we needed her. It got chilly one night and she helped us get the heat on. There weren't many instructions on what to do with the property prior to checking out, but hopefully we left it in a good state. This is a good place to stay if you want accommodations for a family trip to explore the Jacksonville area.

Must see to believe

Vanessa was very helpful and very responsive. We needed a place on very very short notice. Vanessa made contact and approved our reservation in very short notice(wishing an hour). The house was vey clean and spacious. Located in a very quiet gated community.

Great stay

After sitting in I95 traffic and getting in 6 hours later than expected it was great to find a nice clean place with all the amenities of home. There was even coffee for the next morning. It was a great location and the pool was a plus too. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The Perfect Place

This townhome is clean, beautiful and cozy. The neighborhood is soo nice and quiet. It’s located near a lot of restaurants and stores. Very easy access to the Highway and quick ride to the beach. The home comes with everything even board games. It’s soo welcoming and stocked with everything you need seriously. The rooms are very spacious as pictured and the beds are soo comfortable it felt like my body was melting in the mattress. The pool is super nice and I highly recommend you stay here. It was me, my mother, my 14 yr old son, my 4 yr son and 4 yr old nephew for Mother’s Day weekend!!! Also Vanessa is very quick with the responses to any questions I had!!!

Beautiful location
