This was an amazing stay! We came for a Bachelorette trip & 6 adults fit comfortably. The trolley stop was right outside of the condo, which takes you anywhere on the island & the beach was just right across the street, which was amazing. Debbie was such an amazing host & was very helpful/ responsive. I would totally recommend staying here.

Such a cute little place and the location was so convenient to the beach which was beautiful with white sand and clear blue waters. We could see the fish swimming around in the surf. Bonus that didn’t need to rent beach equipment as chairs, umbrellas and towels were provided to use. The unit was clean and cool. It was also handy to be close to the gas station for our teens to get more snacks!

Perfection

6 of us ladies stayed for a weekend getaway. Everything was perfect, it was well equipped with everything we needed and very nicely decorated. The beach is gorgeous and directly across the street, very easy walk even for my Mom who is elderly. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to coming back. And Debbie was very responsive to a few questions I had. Thank you very much!!

The property was not only across the street and through a building parking lot, but down several buildings from the location. I guess I expected that "across the stree" meant that we might be able to see the water.It was not as convenient as it sounded in the description. there was no view and the outdoor area to sit was on the parking lot facing the main drag.It was nice to have the beach cart and umbrella and chairs so we didn't have to bring them.The bedroom had some mechanical thing in it that made a loud noise periodically during the night....somewhat hard to get used to.

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your experience. We try to explain everything in our description in great detail so people know before they book. The beach access is literally across the street and yes our second building where our pool is located is diagonal across the street but to have the pool on the beach is a really nice feature. It’s a one minute walk to the pool area where there’s a nice deck to sit on and watch the sunset. To go from the beach to the pool is a really nice feature to cool off. There are only a few places on the island that offer this feature. The free trolly is very close to our condo as well.

Quaint but felt mislead

The overall experience wasn't bad. The inside is very cozy and the window/wall AC units keep the room at a very cool temp. The listing reads as a first floor condo with no pics of the actual property. It is a 1-story renovated office building. The area is dilapidated from the hurricane last year, no pool, no laundry, and most important, no place to wash off after the beach. 1 overly priced restaurant within walking distance. The property owner was very nice and communicated as expected but it was honestly a slight shock when we pulled in. Also, having to take the garbage out across the street was a drag. We have stayed in other areas of the Sarasota/Bradenton beaches and will return to areas that I feel we were not mislead.
