Welcome to Casa Marquis Sunrise! Our two-bedroom house offers a spacious kitchen and living room, perfect for gatherings. Immerse yourself in luxury with an infinity-edge pool and a patio boasting breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. Ample fenced parking, Starlink Internet keeps you connected. Only five minutes from Tres Palapas Pickleball Resort and a quick 10-minute drive to downtown Los Barriles, experience the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Your seaside escape awaits!
Marquis sunrise is a single level home with a bedroom on either side of the house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom in the middle is the kitchen and the living room. Step outside to the patio to enjoy a comfortable sitting area and infinite edge pool.
You will have full use of the house. The garage is locked.
We live and work in Los Barriles. We are happy to answer any questions and be your travel guides for your stay in Los Barriles.
This is a nice neighborhood with mostly seasonal residents.
We definitely recommend you rent an ATV, or a car for this location. There are no stores or restaurants within walking distance.
The Rocky beach is a quick walk from the house. A more Sandy Beach is a five minute drive from the house. You are a 15 minute drive to one of our. very favorite beaches!
When you book with us, we automatically send you our guide to the area with all our favorite things.
Gates must stay closed due to free range livestock. Air conditioning must be turned off whenever you are not in the home. Thank you!
