We want to welcome you to Ocean View Villas Unit K3! This oceanfront condo on the North End of Chery Grove is the perfect location for memories to be made. Stunning unobstructed views of the ocean, waites island, and the CHerry Grove Inlet await you. Kick back on the balcony and enjoy the early morning sunrise with your morning coffee. Oceanfront pool for you and your family to enjoy, this is one of North Myrtle Beach's best kept secrets. We can not wait to have you stay with us!

Ocean View Villas K3 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo located in cherry grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor of the building which means your views are the best available. Walking in you instantly feel that the ocean is right off your balcony.

Full kitchen equipped with all items needed to make any or all meals for your vacation.

Living room has 2 sofas, one that is a pullot, for you and your guest to gather around and catch a movie, or watch the big game on a weekend getway in the fall!

Master bedroom has 1 queen bed with ensuite full bathroom. Watch the waves crash from the comforts of your bed.

Our guest bedroom has 1 double and 1 twin size bedroom, perfect for kids to have their own space

Free parking behind secured parking lot with gate. (1) parking pass is provided

Free wifi, all linens provided minus beach towels

No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed, no smoking inside of condo

The location is perfect , quiet but close enough to shopping, putt putt and resturants . The view from the condo was amazing of the point.. We had perfect weather for May.

We had an overall great time. The location was great, beautiful area and panoramic view of Cherry Grove point. The unit has everything we needed, my only complaint is in the week we were there we saw 3 roaches so it definitely needs an exterminator.

Best location

It was a nice place in a quiet area ocean front. The only downfall was no elevator. My husband in blind so it was more challenging but on the other hand we got plenty of exercise. We truly enjoyed the place and would recommend it and come back.

My family and I have been traveling to the Myrtle Beach area for July4th week for over 20 years. We found this gem in our favorite part of the beach Cherry Grove. It is beautiful. Condo has everything you need for a great memorable vacation!! You will not beat this view nowhere on the Grand Strand!

Accommodating Host, Unit Needs Lots of Updates

Arnette was incredibly accommodating and responsive when I needed to adjust dates. The location is AMAZING!! Right above the pool, ocean view, easy parking, etc. We don't spend much time in the unit on vacation, so overall it was okay. However, the unit needs several updates and repairs (dryer vent broken and would have torn up our clothes, most liquid hand soaps empty, chipped and very worn cookware, very outdated furniture and decor, etc.). Overall, we had a great stay!

Loved the views and location of property. Very clean. Communication via email very quick and responsive. Pool was fabulous. Condo needs updating badly. Partial blinds on sliding glass door to patio prevented privacy and couldn't darken living room to sleep on pull out twin couch. Also advertised as "sleeps 7" but only 6 beds (2 doubles and 2 twins). No instructions left for parking pass. Security left a note saying parking pass was needed but no pass was found. No elevator. Not an ideal place for people who have a hard time going up and down steps. Overall good value for a quick one night stay for the views and location but would need updates for a longer stay.

The only positive is the location. The code provided to get into the parking lot was incorrect. We called the next day and they had no solution until they called back late with the correct code. Poor instructions to open the condo door lock - just gave the four digit code. Neglected to say you had to hit the lock symbol to unlock. Storm door rusty and noisy (we left it in the open position). Balcony door hard to open, wife couldn’t open it. Shutters on sliding door falling apart. Balcony chairs ripped and falling apart. Wall in master bedroom peeling off. Rust in bathroom on curtain rod . Rust on stove. Filthy pans in stove drawer. Bath towels paper thin. One hallway light is out . No instructions for tv operation -we called and left message. Guy came and helped out. Everything about the unit is old and dated.

Hey Phillip! Thanks again for staying with us, we usually dont comment on the reviews, but just couldn't let this 1 star review slide. To say we expected it was an understatement since after you cussed out our reservationist we decided to shut down communication with you. When you said "they called back late" you failed to mention the text you received with the code within 2 minutes of your voicemail to us. We then called back an hour later just to check on you. Anyways, thanks again for staying.. I think we both finally agree on something, that is you not staying with us again! Have good one!
