Welcome to the Perfect Family Retreat in East Durham, NY! This cozy 2 bd, 1 bath cabin with a charming loft is perfect for both human and canine guests. Your pets will adore the outdoor private fenced in dog park, while the whimsical decor will enchant kids, turning every nook into a storybook adventure. Just minutes from Zoome Flume and a short drive to Windham Mountain for winter skiing, this retreat offers endless fun. Experience joyful bonding moments and let East Durhamâs magic captivate you and your family!

* Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, smart TV, Dresser
* Bedroom 2: Two twin-sized beds, Smart TV
*Loft: Queen-sized bed, futon, board games, books, record player.
* Bathroom: Combined bathtub/shower; toiletries and towels provided
* Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, hand blender, Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. The kitchen table seats 5.
* Living Room: Couch, electric fireplace, smart TV, coffee table, and plenty of cozy blankets
* Outdoor Space: Patio table/chairs with umbrella, fire pit with firewood, propane Blackstone griddle, picnic table and a 50-foot wide, fully fenced dog park with artificial turf (approximately 1000 square feet).
*Front Porch: rocking chairs, coffee table.
*Small Deck: table and two chairs.
*** We have multiple exterior active security cameras. No cameras face toward interior spaces. There are cameras in the front entrance and on the side of the house by the driveway. Please keep in mind the cameras are for security reasons only and are used to protect our guests and property. Your safety is important to us!
