Silver rated two bedroom / 2 baths garden flat type condominium. First floor entry with glassed in patio, easy access to heated pool and hot tub. Updated kitchen, well equipped St. Augustine beach vacation rental unit with great location.
This unit has been recently updated with new cabinets & counter tops. The dining room & living room have ample seating for 6. The living room has a sleeper sofa & flat screen TV. The unit has an extra-large lanai with plenty of seating.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV.
Don't forget to enjoy Ocean Gallery to its fullest while you are vacationing! Ocean Gallery has fun for the entire family, get together for a friendly game of Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Tennis, Basketball, or Pickleball. Remember to ask the rental office about bike rentals as well as beach chairs & umbrellas!
