We so enjoyed our stay! The loft is so convenient when you want to walk to shops or restaurants or visit other people staying in town. We stayed for five nights during a family reunion and we were able to walk to a couple of the other local VRBOs where friends and family were staying. We tried out several local restaurants and enjoyed walking around to the shops. It was also very quiet and very clean. It had everything we could possibly need (except a dresser). We did have to keep all of our clothes in our suitcases for the duration. The view of the mountains outside the windows was lovely. Overall, it was a great stay! I would stay here again, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in Pagosa Springs for any amount of time.

Great location. Cons: Noisy A/C and fridge, and heavily scented laundry detergent made sleep difficult (a fan would be a great addition to mask the sounds for light sleepers). TV has trouble connecting to apps. Dog smells on the couch and in the kitchen. Multiple checkout procedure reminders were a little bit of a downer and didn't feel hospitable. Pros: Great kitchen, clean, maintained, and excellent location. Views. Neighborhood and building were quiet at night. Easy check in. Walk to the hot springs resort and excellent bakery next door.

Buyer Beware, I have been renting VRBOs in Pagosa for the last 10 years and this property was by far in the poorest condition. I checked in Monday evening and after seeing layers of dust and dirt I checked out and stayed at a hotel. I sent 7 photos to the host and VRBO documenting the poor condition (in addition to dirt and dust there were pet hairs on the chair and hairs on mattress pad and pillows). I spent from Tuesday-Fri trying to get a refund which was refused by host and VRBO. I do not recommend this property, believe it needs further cleaning and some repairs as there was several chips in the bathroom sink. I did try wiping the furniture (stools and bench) down with Lysol wipe and finding them gritty. Pic of Lysol wipe used.

Bed was not made upon arrival and I had to find sheets to put on the bed. I notified the host and did not receive a reply. The night before checkout I was told to make sure that I cleaned things up and wash linens. People should not be doing chores on their vacation time. I am a single mom and drove 9hrs one way and this stay was very disappointing.

We stayed for just a night here so we could explore Pagosa Springs for NYE. Very good location and able to walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The bed was okay, but overall good place for a quick stay

Great getaway

Spent 3 nights and loved it. Quiet and within walking distance to hot springs, shopping and restaurants. Close to park and walking trails. Room was comfortable for my husband and I. Would come back for sure.
