Occupancy restriction: Per Seattle zoning regulations, no more than 8 unrelated individuals may stay in the home. Larger groups must confirm they meet this requirement.

Triple-sheet bedding system: We use hotel-style triple sheeting for maximum cleanliness. This means no fitted sheets or duvet covers, ensuring all linens are freshly laundered between guests.

Guest pricing: The base rate includes 4 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person per night to cover extra utilities, supplies, and wear and tear. VRBO will automatically calculate the total based on your group size.

PET POLICY
We love hosting guests with pets and happily welcome dogs! Please note that we don’t allow cats, as we want to be mindful of future guests who may have allergic sensitivities. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Last-minute bookings: For reservations made within 24 hours of check-in, please note that check-in time may be delayed until 6:30 PM if there's a same-day turnover. Contact us after booking to confirm availability.

Pest note: As the home is surrounded by greenery, you may encounter some insects during the rainy season. We perform regular pest control, but this is a natural part of the environment.

Neighborhood courtesy: Please be mindful of noise in the backyard, especially in the evenings. Our neighbors value their peace and quiet—thank you for helping us maintain a good relationship with them!

No Shoes Indoors: Kindly remove your shoes inside the home to help keep the space clean.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.

No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or unauthorized gatherings.

Trash Disposal: Please separate trash and recycling into the proper bins. If unsure, leave it in the indoor cans—our cleaners will take care of it.

Lost & Found:

We cannot guarantee that lost items will be recovered.

If found, items can be shipped for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs.

Items are held for up to 2 weeks after checkout, after which they may be donated or discarded.

No Mailbox Access: Mailbox access is not provided for short-term stays. You may receive packages at the doorstep at your own discretion, but we are not liable for lost or missing items.

We had a great experience. The house looked just like it’s pictured. The house was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed having so many bedroom and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. Sherry was so helpful when our relatives flight was canceled because of the snow storm back east. We were able to offer them a place to stay at the last minute. Thank you Sherry.We would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing. The rooms were spacious. With 7 bathrooms, no one had to wait. Even though we had 16 people there, with the house set up, we never felt crowded. We were able to be together and there was still privacy. The location was close to stores and freeway access, but it was quiet and felt like a rural neighborhood. The house provided everything we needed as we were going to and from the wedding activities. Everyone loved the house and location.

Great space for our needs teen kids could be downstairs and adults upstairs. Disappointed in the walk in showers as all bathroom floors flooded with each shower.
