The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close all the windows, if there are stained linens please let us know and if they are wet towels please leave them hanging.
There is a trash can around the house by the grill area where you can dispose of all your trash. Please leave it all outside and secured before checking out.
Make sure all the stoves are off and that there is not a burning fire before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No outdoor fires. Please keep the grill in the designated spot and be careful with any leftover coils that might cause fires.
Please be mindful of wild animals, don't approach them or feed them if you see any.
Be careful if smoking outside not to throw the cigarette butts around the house as they can cause fires. Store and dispose safely.
