Experience stunning views from this 38th Floor penthouse condo at the Waikiki Banyan! Condo features a full size kitchen- with dishwasher and a full size oven, dining for 4, and 2 queen beds to comfortably sleep your family of 4. Enjoy the open floor plan, or close the sliding wall to separate the bedroom for privacy. Best of all, you'll have incredible views from the living area, or bedroom, and a FREE parking spot for your vehicle. Known for being a family friendly building, you can enjoy ythe 6th floor rec deck which offers a large pool, hot tubs, children's play area, and BBQ's.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting April 7th, 2025 there will be complete renovation and closure of the 6th floor rec deck. This will include pool, jacuzzies, BBQ's, playground, and all lounge areas. There will be noisy work occurring Monday-Friday, from 9am-5pm. The 6th floor restrooms and sauna will remain open for majority of the project, but access will be limited. This project is expected to last 12-14 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The apartment was well appointed with nice furnishings and even a fairly comfortable sleeper sofa. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. Please note that the parking garage cannot accommodate oversize vehicles (GMC Denali) so we had to find parking on the street.

Great relaxing stay

Great ocean view from balcony. Taking the elevators to and from the 38th floor was much easier than we expected. The noise rises up from the street, but the view made up for that and didn't really take anything away from the stay. We had a great time.

The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of kitchen items to prepare whatever you want. Owner responded quickly to an issue we had. Its an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We parked the car and never used it because everying is withing walking distance. If all you want to do is stay in Wikiki, you don't need a car. Taxi is 60 to the airport. The supplied beach umbrella, chairs and wagon were perfect for a relaxing day at Kuhio Beach.I would definitely book this on my next visit.

Great Location

The location was great and property exactly as described. Free parking was a plus because we had a rental car! Overall we were satisfied with the property. The only issue was some sewage smell coming from either the bathroom or under the kitchen sink. We would come home nightly and there was strong sewage odor. The AC unit is loud but it did not bother us but if you like quiet for sleeping it might bother you. Bathroom doors was a weird set up and a bit annoying.

Clean. Nice.

Beds were comfortable overall pretty clean. We need some coffee filters filters. The street noise does echo up. Everything worked. Thank you for the blender. Elevators take a long time during high commute times.

We chose property partly for the location and for the view of the ocean from the room - we enjoyed both. The beds were comfortable and unit was decent. The 2 doors to the bathroom were annoying as they would hit each other. The pool was an important amenity and we were frustrated that the pool was closed for half of our stay with no advanced warning. Unit could use more attention to cleaning bathroom and ceiling fans - buildup of dust and lint.
