Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico's Siesta Key Beach. Dr. Beach's #1 rated beach in the U.S. can be seen from Crescent Royale's Unit 2E! This newly renovated (2024) and refurnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is an end unit that features a wrap-around screened lanai that offers panoramic views of the beach and lovely sunsets.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel Samsung high-end appliances, lots of cabinet storage, marble counter tops, a Keurig Single Serve K-Cup and 12 cup Carafe Coffee Maker along with smaller appliances. This Condo is equipped with wireless high-speed internet and a 75" Crystal UHD "smart" TV. There are 43" "smart" Crystal UHD TVs in both bedrooms.

The public beach features lifeguards, tennis courts, volley ball, children's playground, gift shops and concessions. Free instructor led Yoga at the public beach. There is a drum circle every Sunday prior to sunset. A walk or free ride to Siesta Village is a must. There is a variety of shops, stores and restaurants with live music.

I understand 2E was recently remodeled; it was beautiful, very well done! The staff were helpful, the maintenance man works hard to make it all beautiful, and so do the housekeepers. The whole place is clean, peaceful, and has a beautiful view of the gulf. Our family buys groceries for breakfast and lunch and enjoy going downtown for a good dinner, some shopping, and ice cream! We’ll be back again and recommend Crescent Royal to any family.
