'A Shore Thing' - Pool - North Myrtle Beach!

This peaceful beach house is located in a beautiful section of Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Enjoy your backyard private pool, a short stroll to the beach, or a walk to one of many restaurants just a few blocks away. With just about everything you'd want or need within walking distance, plenty of parking, and all the comforts of a spacious and updated home, this is the perfect beach getaway.



The Space:

During peak Season (May 23 - August 22), this home has a Saturday to Saturday stay requirement.



We kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Private driveway. No street parking or under house parking allowed.



Entry: Use of stairs is required for this property. Self check-in with keypad.



Living/Dining Area: Spacious dining and living area with plenty of seating for the whole family. Sleeper sofa.



Kitchen: Fully stocked, spacious kitchen.



Bedroom 1 - One king bed with an attached full bathroom



Bedroom 2 - One double bed



Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed with 1 full and 1 twin.



Bathrooms - 2 full bathrooms.



Washer & Dryer - Private machines in the home!



Pool: Private pool in the fenced-in backyard. Operational year round but not heated.



Beach: Short walk (approximately 230 steps) to a beach access. 🏖️ Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay. We also do not provide extra towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house for themselves.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in Cherry Grove... which makes for a perfect, peaceful vacation. You are only a short walk away from our beautiful beaches along with only being a few minutes away from multiple restaurants and shops. Moreover, this house is just a quick drive to several great golf courses, shopping venues, and attractions that North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach and Myrtle Beach has to offer!



Getting Around:

Guests will have private parking and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: nearby grounds, sidewalks, etc



🏊 The pool is serviced weekly on Tuesday and Saturday. Access by the tech is required.



🚲 There are bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to use during your stay.



IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



2 pets max (25 lb each limit) - $150 nonrefundable fee.

No smoking.
