We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three to seven night minimum.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Everything about this property is top notch. It is a large and open/airy floor plan. The property was spotless and well taken care of. The communication with the host was very fast and appreciated. We brought our dogs, so we really appreciated the fenced in back yard. I would recommend this property and this host to anyone. Looking forward to our next stay in Summer 2026.

Our stay was awesome!! The house was well prepared and checkin was very easy. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for all types of cooking. The house is decorated beautifully throughout. Comfortable beds and TVs in every room. The weather was not bad for December. We spent many hours walking on the beach. The Host responds to all correspondence and acts quickly to correct any problems identified. We all had a great time and already missing the beach.

Heaven on earth!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend stay here! When we arrived, the place was immaculately clean. The owner was super easy to communicate with as well! Clear, concise check in. We rented a golf cart to and from the beach, but the house is easily within walking distance which we chose to do a few times as well. We cannot wait to be back!!

April Cherry Grove Stay

Lovely home that accommodated us and our dog well.Now that we have done it several times, I much prefer a single family dwelling over a hotel or condo. Just so nice to have your own place to stay and your own parking...it just works so much better.Everything was perfect for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is absolutely beautiful!! So clean and welcoming! The host, Meredith, could not have been nicer or more helpful and accommodating. You can tell that they take great pride in and care for this residence. The pool is fantastic and the surrounding pool area is really outstanding. The owners are incredibly nice, accommodating and very responsive to the several questions we had. House is large, clean and loaded with comforts. the poolside lounge area, grill and pool itself were an added bonus. Two minute walk to the beach and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Pool was nice, and it was worth the extra expense to have the pool heated. Grill was a plus. Outdoor seating and areas were great! Be sure to bring toiletries and kitchen staples.

Great Vacation House

We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous, well-equipped and well-laid out property. The fenced in pool with the covered patio as well as the close proximity to the beach was a huge hit! Highly recommend!
