Stylish 1 bedroom apartment in downtown Burlington. Cozy, bright and clean. This apartment has just undergone a kitchen and bath update. Huge mudroom, bring your skis/bike! Located in the old north end 3 blocks from Church Street, with off street parking, keyless entry, coffee, and Wi-Fi.
Some past guests have thought the interior stairs were a bit steep so just be prepared for a set of stairs that are pictured in the check in instructions

Errin was an amazing host, and the apartment was precisely what we needed for our Vermont getaway. We enjoyed the space itself (comfortable, cozy, quiet), but we also thoroughly loved the easy walk downtown and toward the waterfront. Everything about the booking, from check-in to check-out, was wonderful, and, again, our host was extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming. Definitely one to book!

Errin was a lovely host, and was very communicative. Location was in reasonable walking distance to Charles St and Lake Champlain waterfront. The unit was incredibly clean and exactly what we needed for our brief but busy stay!

Cute spot in a beautiful city!

Super cute little one bedroom apartment located within walking distance of coffee, good food, and rad little bars. Nice and quiet at night. 10/10 would stay here again.

Close to Church St, cool neighborhood. Just look for the pink door, it’s a little hard to see the address at night.

This was a great space! Very clean and perfect for 2 people. Only thing is the location was a bit difficult to find, but we figured it out eventually. It will be on the side of the building, clearly labeled and you'll be going up some stairs. Overall, this was amazing!

Once inside the apartment, things improved. The outside was pretty questionable. The traffic and parking in the area are crazy, it was nice to have off street parking.

Surprise Trip to VT for V-Day

My girlfriend had never been to Vermont and listed it as her top "bucket list" location to travel to. Thanks to Seth and his Vrbo listing, she was able to see Burlington and get a first taste of Vermont living. Great space that reminded her of her childhood in England. Grateful to find a spot that worked for her and for us as we toured through the state! Seeing as this trip was built as a surprise for the holiday and as the host state for our engagement, we will definitely be back some day as we celebrate future anniversaries together!

Great communication with the host & clean!! They were always checking in which was super nice. If going to spend time watching tv or working from there, it wasn't quite as comfy as we'd like. The couch really only fit a small 2 and there was no other seating in that room. Did sound like neighbors were inside unit at times (even though it was very safe). It's just the hazards of staying at an old home with multiple units next to each other.

The apartment was very nice and as convenient as advertised. And I loved the lovely artwork in the living room and bedroom. But since I was given the wrong key code twice, I couldn't get into the apartment the first night & so ended up having to pay to stay in a hotel since the phone # to get in touch with Errin was on the kitchen table of the apartment I couldn't get into. Not a great system.

Comfortable, Convenient, and Clean

The house is one block from the bus stop. The space heater in the bedroom was a welcome addition for a March stay. I slept well in the queen(?) bed. The one wall outlet, behind the headboard, created a challenge for plugging in my CPAP. The blanket on the couch was cozy while watching tv. The side door entrance leads to a flight of stairs up to the 2nd floor. The microwave is under the stovetop inside a cabinet. Clean fridge. I would stay here again.

Host was timely with information about check-in and check-out. Air conditioning was a window unit in the bedroom only. Great walkable location to downtown area (about a 15-20 minute walk). WiFi did not connect properly but cell service was fine in the home.
