Allow yourself to take in all of Burlington’s best at this centrally located one bedroom apartment just minutes from Church Street Marketplace, famously, known for shopping, dining, and the arts. Also, minutes from the University of Vermont, as well as Battery Park, which allows for breathtaking views of lake, Champlain. 1 parking space included in our driveway, along with plenty of street parking.

Clean, easy to get to, close to downtown

Property was close to downtown, easy to get to, appreciated the off street parking. Owner was responsive to our one issue right away. Clean.

Stylish, Clean, and Convenient!

This is such cute little one bedroom apartment! Super close to everything in the area, plus on site parking meant we were able to walk everywhere which was exactly what we were looking for. I was impressed by how neat and clean and updated this place was. The bed was very comfy too. Like most buildings in this area, there may be less sound insulation than you're used to, but the neighbors are quiet and considerate! Check in/out was super easy and accessing the unit was easy too. The hosts were very responsive and clearly worked hard and cared about making our stay an excellent one! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Stayed for a two day visit to UVM. Location was only a few walkable blocks from Burlington with off street parking space. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay again for another visit.

Autumn in Vermont.

Location, location, location. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. TV viewing was good. Appliances were in good working order. Spacious refrigerator. Parking was a little of a challenge with a large pickup but a solution was found. All in all excellent.

Close to church street

Cozy apartment, perfect for what we needed! Walking distance to church street and even the waterfront. Off street parking was definitely a plus!

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable

We were in Burlington to attend our son's graduation from UVM Medical School. The unit fit our needs quite well! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go without the hassle of driving and finding parking with so many people in town. Just a couple of blocks from Church street, we could easily meet up with other friends for coffee in the mornings and dinners in the evening.
