This was the perfect home/office away from home for my 5-week stay in Phoenix! The house and grounds were immaculate, with more than enough room and privacy for my co-worker and I to live and work without getting on each other's nerves. The fridge and pantry were well-stocked with condiments, cooking supplies, and even drinks and snacks. The beds were so comfortable that I'm looking at getting the same for my home. The owner, Will, was very responsive and amenable. I would highly recommend staying here.

This property was the perfect place for our group to gather and enjoy spending time together. The amenities inside and out are exceptional; something for each of the different age groups in our party. Bedrooms and common areas are spacious and relaxing and the kitchen is very well appointed. Will is a very thoughtful and attentive host that truly wanted us to be happy & to enjoy ourselves during our stay. The location is walkable to many restaurants but we chose to take advantage of the bbq, pool, jacuzzi, lawn games and cozy outdoor living room complete with a fireplace. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back again!

Paradise Found

This house is like new. It is spacious and bright. Only 15 to 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, there are wonderful restaurants, shops, a world class fitness gym, movie theater, golf course, and several grocery markets very nearby. Our down time at the house was as full as we wanted it to be- with a very nice backyard pool, fireplace, TV, table tennis, and comfortable seating areas. Inside the house we had billiards, very nice large screen TV, board games, and, again, very comfortable seating areas. The kitchen is fantastic- with top quality appliances - all like new. Probably most importantly, the host was available, friendly, and gracious. Responding quickly to our communications, and accommodating us any way they could. We will hopefully have another opportunity to stay here again.

Oasis in the Desert!

Wonderful home with lots of fun and beautiful amenities! This home is very well located for any trip to Phoenix/Scottsdale, with a lovely supermarket a 1/2 mile away and many great restaurants very nearby. The interior presents as a lovely contemporary with great use of space and high-end everything! Photos do not do it justice, particularly the well stocked kitchen, and the magazine-worthy outdoor living spaces and primary bedroom. The owners communicated promptly, no matter what time or how small the question, though not much info was needed due to the user friendly Guest Notebook onsite. All TV's are Smart, making use of your entertainment apps very easy. We paid to heat the crystal clear pool (early April) and were very happy with the temp provided, despite cool nights. Seating area by outdoor fireplace with TV above provided wonderful evenings. Add to that a large hot tub, ping pong, billiards, corn hole, and our down time was a real "staycation." Deck box behind the fireplace held lots of fun float toys for kids, electric pump included. House A/C easily handled 98 degree afternoons. We highly recommend this first class property and would happily come back when the opportunity arises!
