We offer two-bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Both bedroom has a king-sized bed perfect for families or friends traveling together. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and comfort bedding.

We offer you access to a range of amenities that will enhance your stay at our 2-bedroom pool access apartment in Rawai, Phuket. Here's what you can expect during your visit:

Pool Area: Enjoy a pool access direct from our balcony.

Outdoor Terrace: Step outside to our spacious outdoor terrace and garden area, where you can enjoy an outdoor atmosphere.

Common Areas: Feel free to explore and make use of our shared common areas, including communal seating areas and main swimming pool. Our well-maintained common areas provide additional space for relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.

Utility Fee: The utility fee does not include the price which will be calculated by meter. The electricity fee is 6 THB/kw and water is 45 THB/unit.

CLEANING
You will find the apartment clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. For stays less than 1 week, there is no cleaning service. After you depart our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you are here for a minimum of one week there will be one cleaning and 1 time linen change. The schedule will be provided upon arrival date. If you need a cleaning service more often, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment will apply (1,200 THB/time). On departure, it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!

SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY
Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!

BREAKAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

BEACH EQUIPMENT
We have 1 pool towel per person available for your use

BED LINEN / TOWELS
Bed linen and towels are available for you. There will be 4 sets of bath towels and pool towels and they will be changed once a week for you to stay 1 week minimum.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
Please do not leave garbage in front of the villa. You can find big trash in the room next to elevator

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE
In case of a power outage please let us know or you shall do a pre-check with the reception area if it happens only in your villa or the whole area.
