Beautiful mountain side condo near all the local attractions

Great condo for a family vacation in the heart of the Mt Washington Valley. This newly renovated condo is conveniently located trailside at Mt. Cranmore. In the winter enjoy a very short ski-in/ski-out to the Cranmore lifts, and in the summer a short walk to the Mt. Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park. Also, a 1.5 mile walk to town, 5 minute drive to outlets. In the summer also enjoy a 10 minute drive to Story land and a short walk to a heated pool. Pool area has lounge chairs, bathroom and changing room. There are plenty of beautiful mountain hikes nearby as well. There is a lot going on in the Valley but the summer atmosphere in this primarily owner occupied development is very quiet and relaxing.

This condo sleeps 8 people. Second floor has a master bedroom with queen bed, twin bedroom, twin bed loft and a full bath Basement has a queen bedroom, TV sitting area and full bath. Main floor has half bath, fully equipped kitchen and living room with large flat screen TV. Wifi, Cable TV, and washer/dryer included.

Location is amazing!

Right on Cranmore Mountain with plenty for the kids to do. Also close to downtown North Conway and everything we needed! Would stay again!

Wonderful

The layout of the property is perfect for larger groups. The basement is almost its own suite. The location is very close the center of town and we biked there multiple times. The pool was very warm and our kids loved it. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing vacation

The listing and pictures don’t really do justice to this vacation unit. The unit was clean, well stocked and suited our needs perfectly. On top of that, Judy was very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. Already looking forward to my next North Conway vacation in this unit.

Family Summer Vacation

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It's location was away from downtown, but still only minutes away. Location is key and we where within driving distance to all the places we wanted to see (Mt Washington, Lost River, Santa's village). Having the 3 levels was so convenient for the 2 families, with each their own full bath and space for privacy when needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the outdoors, Mt Cranmore was right outside the back door so we were able to do some hiking and biking. A+

Well appointed condo in centralized location in the White Mountain area.

Overall our stay was enjoyable, condo has everything you need to get by. We found the unit very clean but could use a little TLC in some areas. We found the general living areas quite comfortable however some of the beds could use new mattresses or toppers. The location is great for many uses or destination in the White Mountain region. Overall we had a great stay.

Great rental!!!

We had a great stay in North Conway here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. House was well stocked with linens, pillows, kitchen gadgets, games and more. This house is set back but central to North Conway Village. 10 mins to Story Land. 15 mins to Echo lake. And about an hour to Santas Village. My only negative is that the deck was in need of repair. I wouldn't let my kids go out there. But I would assume that is the associations responsibility and it looks as though they are doing renovations on Cranmore. Would definitely love to rent again!!

The property was beautiful! One of the nicest units on Mt. Cranmore !

We've been vacationing every summer at Cranmore for the last 25 years. We've rented approximately 10 - 12 different properties and this is by far one of the best. With separate living quarters on the lower level it's a perfect rental for a larger group or for two families It is also beautifully decorated with gorgeous flooring, granite countertops and comfortable furniture throughout. The kitchen was better equipped than most - we did quite a bit of cooking and had everything we needed. It's situated on a perfect spot on the mountain as well - "trailside" where you walk out the door and you're on the mountain. Ski out your back door in the winter, or take a 2 minute stroll down to the pool in the summer. Have morning coffee on the top back deck overlooking the ski trails, then play games on the lawn at night. The addition of the "Adventure Park" on the mountain was awesome. Something for every age ! Our college aged kids spent an entire day zip-lining. And there was so many activities (bouncy houses, mini trampolines) for young children. Cocktails and lunch for the parents :-) An absolutely beautiful pool for guests to use - very private, fenced in surrounded by the mountains with a cabana, restroom, changing room (meticulously maintained for the last 20+ years by the one and only Ralph). So much to do in beautiful downtown N. Conway village. Lunch at Horsefeathers, Moat Mountain (brewery and restaurant), and outlet shopping. Concerts in the park throughout the summer and the North Conway Railroad for the most scenic ride ever. Plenty of nightlife as well - should you choose to tear yourself away from this gorgeous property. We were content staying home playing cornhole on the lawn at night and Scrabble at the dining room table. Can't say enough about our wonderful stay in this beautiful condo!

Perfect location!

This was a perfect location for everything there is to do in the North Conway area! There was plenty of space in the condo for our family to spread out. The air conditioned main floor was especially comfortable for the hot and humid days that we had during our stay. Judy was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The only issue was the loft bedroom was a little too hot for anyone to sleep in during our stay, but would probably be super warm and cozy during the winter!

This cozy but spacious condo has been in our family for over 25 years. In fact we own and occupy the units on either side of it! We all love to ski but have found we don't spend much time in the Valley in the summer so we've decided to offer this great vacation spot for weekly or more rentals.

Why they chose this property

The location if this condo is perfect for a vacation, possibly one of the nest around. You are close to all the restaurants and shops of North Conway, 10 minutes from Story land but also in a very quiet resort type location. The unit offer ski in/ski out in the winter so you can literally walk out the back door and explore summer time Mt. Cranmore, include their fitness center which is the largest in the Valley.
