The pool was not heated but was warm enough in late March to swim. It was quite enjoyable and constructed with artistry. It was really nice sitting outside with the pool in view. Property was spotless. Owner left a monitor and printer which was a nice touch. A very lovely house.

Beautiful Tarpon Springs

Very beautiful property and comfortable home. Hosts were helpful and easy to work with. Fishing from the pier across the way was fun and relaxing. Historic city with lots to do.M&J

A very nice home with a lot of upgrades. All the appliances are new and furniture/beds are in good condition. The house has a breakfast bar and large master bedroom suite. There are two bedrooms on the other side of the house so you and your guests have privacy. The sun sets across the street, which has a private pier and seating. It is a nice one mile walk to the sponge docks or Spring Bayou. I had some issues with the HVAC system but the host was very responsive to getting it fixed. The owners use the house and, it is clearly appearant.

When we are in Pittsburgh, we set up our home as a rental and have a project manager who takes care of the house in our guest. We hope you enjoy the home and the neighborhood as much as we do.

We chose Tarpon Springs because it is a beautiful quiet neighborhood and centrally located when you are in the mood for more activity while still being able to enjoy the atmosphere of a family oriented community and enjoying ocean views
