The pool cage was full of cob webs that set off motion lights all night long. Information on check in and check out was poorly provided. Inside was clean and comfortable but lacked any overhead lighting. The picture showed a nice small back yard with space to the house behind. In reality the back yard was all gravel.with weeds everywhere and the house behind was about 10 feet from the fence. Tv channel selection was inadequate. No conta t Information provided for the property management in case something went wrong or needed to be fixed like a smoke detector battery that went bad. Overall based on my other rentals I would not use VRBO again. Btw, you're on camera so smile.

Pool was nice. House is big and clean except kitchen lacked sanitation. Kitchen had only 4 useable kitchen utensils. Took photos of 5 pans/skillets very rusted and teflon coat completely scratched and exposed. Unsafe for use. No dishwasher soap provided. Found 2 bowls and plate with food residue. Teflon flippers had food residue, like scrambled eggs. I cleaned everything kitchen item prior to use. Also, there was a used sponge left in the kitchen sink. How am I to trust it was clean/sanitized? We contacted owner/property manager, her response was to reply, I’m so sorry. Also, ants on kitchen island with a can of ant spray sitting out. The house itself was spacious but I would not recommend based on lack of sanitation. We’ve not encountered of concern or oversight. Yes, we’ve stayed at other rentals and have always been provided individually wrapped sponge, dishwasher soap, and have not found dirty cooking utensils.
