This humble 10 acre vineyard estate is a turn of the century style house with all the modern amenities and luxurious features you are looking for. This home features 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, gourmet chef’s kitchen, laundry room, and wrap around veranda (complete with front porch swing). The extra-large master bedroom boasts a king sized memory foam bed, flat screen TV, sitting area and great views from all 12 wood windows. Master bath is complemented by a large Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and walk in shower. Two additional upstairs bedrooms include private bathrooms and claw foot tubs. Downstairs bedroom and powder room also feature a claw foot soaking tub. The grounds feature a rose garden, gazebo, and herb garden all surrounded by estate vineyard.
