Esta humilde finca de viñedos de 10 acres es una casa de principios de siglo con todas las comodidades modernas y características de lujo que está buscando. Esta casa cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños, cocina de chef gourmet, cuarto de lavado y terraza alrededor (completa con columpio en el porche delantero). El dormitorio principal extra grande cuenta con una cama king size de espuma de memoria, TV de pantalla plana, sala de estar y excelentes vistas desde las 12 ventanas de madera. El baño principal se complementa con una gran bañera de hidromasaje, dos lavabos y una ducha. Dos habitaciones adicionales en la planta superior incluyen baño privado y bañeras con patas. El cuarto de abajo y el tocador también cuentan con una bañera de remojo con patas. Los jardines cuentan con un jardín de rosas, un mirador y un jardín de hierbas, todo ello rodeado de viñedos.

The house was very comfortable and in a great location. The wifi was out for the entire stay. This made conducting business during our stay extremely inconvenient. We had to go to a Starbucks to get computer access. The cell coverage was so weak at the house, using a hot spot was worthless. We were given a contact person to call to check on the progress of the wifi being corrected. When called, the contact person never returned the call.

Exceptional home in a beautiful serene setting! Exactly what we needed to escape! Surrounded by vineyards, and the quiet beauty of the rolling hills and blue sky, we found this retreat so enjoyable. The home offers very comfortable living with an ample sized kitchen, appliances and serve ware for meal productions. We loved the open living area surrounded with windows to oversee the views - perfect for unwinding, enjoying meals and relaxing. The bedrooms were nicely sized with comfortable bedding and nice designer touches. They also had their own bathrooms with charming nostalgic claw foot tubs. The master suite is large, comfortable and flows right in to the wonderfully appointed master bath with walk in shower. We all loved the wrap around porch equipped with plenty of rocking chairs so we could sit and get lost in our thoughts. The home was clean and well appointed. The hosts were very kind and accommodating as well. I would highly recommend this listing!

This house was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect. Amenities/house was perfect. Communication with host was perfect. Literally wouldn’t change a thing! We can’t wait to go back. Tip for future guest: bring non-slip socks or house shoes because the stairs are very slipperyAlso, the master bathroom was the only shower that was a walk-in. All other showers were inside of an old school bathtub with a big step to get in. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be an issue for people with mobility and balance problems.

Trip to Wine Country

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse! It was very easy/convenient, very clean, true to pictures and exceeded our expectations! Our children had a ball, our dog Bruno was very welcome, and we made lots of memories. We plan to return!

President’s Day Get Away

My husband and I and our four boys ages 11-16 stayed in the farmhouse and had a wonderful weekend. The house was great. Very comfortable with everything we needed plus beautiful views. The location was amazing - easy to get to Paso, the coast and even up to Ragged Point. We are grateful for an easy, relaxing getaway!

Beautiful home!

This is such a wonderful home in the country. Beautifully furnished - one of the best properties we have stayed at in some time. We had issues with the heat and they were on top of it immediately. Dean was extremely helpful. We will most definitely be back.

Wonderful location

Just a fabulous location with views of neighboring farms and vineyards over rolling hills. Deck goes around the entire home so you can follow the sun or sit in shade. This was our second stay and I'm sure we'll be back. Ideal for family get-togethers with lots of sleeping space and large fully appointed kitchen.

Thankful gathering

We met in the middle of CA for a Thanksgiving stay. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to support our meals. Lots of places for hikes in the vineyard. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. A good family time.

Beautiful wine country retreat

This house was perfect for 4 couples on a weekend wine tasting trip. It’s absolutely gorgeous and each bedroom having its own bathroom is fabulous. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The only thing that could have been better are beds - ours was just too soft for us (we are used to a firm but this one was a pillow top ) .

Beautiful Farmhouse

The farmhouse was in a wonderful location in Paso Robles - out amongst the vineyards. It was peaceful and beautiful. The house was well stocked and comfortable. We most enjoyed the wrap around porch!

Farmhouse solitude

A late Mother's Day weekend with family. We returned to this rental after staying here 7 years ago. It is a lovely setting in the quiet vineyards of Templeton. Grateful it was available for our family weekend.

Picture Perfect

A beautiful farmhouse with a fabulous view of the sunrise and sunset! Pictures just don’t do it justice. This home is a place that is beautiful, well decorated, but also very comfy. The kitchen was still led with all necessities, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Loved just relaxing here in the country, but it’s an east trip into town and Paso!!! Will be back!

5 Stars is not enough...

This is THE place to stay in the Paso area. We had 4 couples and all eight people loved the house. First off, the location is premier. Situated on top of a rolling hill, you can drink coffee amongst the vines and watch working farms operating from a distance. Look up "wine country" I a dictionary and this is what you will find. The interior is decorated perfectly and is perfect for a group stay. Big bed rooms, large kitchen, and plenty of space to hang out as a group in the morning and at night. Not far into downtown Paso or the wineries and we had no issue getting Ubers. I will schedule trips back to Paso based on this house's availability.

Another Amazing Stay at Almond House

This was our second stay at this property, and once again, it did not disappoint. From the well-appointed interior, generous amenities, beautiful views of the vineyards, ensuite bathrooms, there are just so many pluses that come as a part of your stay. Great choice for families as the living room and kitchen are both large and can accommodate a big group. We love this house.
