Clean which is very important to us. Spacious. Kitchen stocked well with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher pod, laundry pod, and extra garbage bag but I brought our own. Know now for future reference. Would/will book again. Will recommend!

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach and still close to everything. It was clean and the check in and out was so easy. Pool was nice. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and fridge even had an ice maker.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. When we first arrived, it felt a little dusty, but it wasn’t a big deal—I swapped out the air filter and the difference was noticeable right away. A couple of days later, maintenance even came by to inspect and clean the A/C, which showed how attentive they are to keeping everything in great shape.The location was fantastic, and we loved being just steps from the pool—it made our stay even more enjoyable. It was also perfect for our small dog, which made traveling so much easier. Overall, the house had everything we needed, and the host was responsive and proactive in making sure things were just right. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Great being close to the beach and pool! But the condo smelled horrible and even the furniture stunk! Terrible dog smell especially in the extra bedroom area! We had to buy spray and keep the bedroom door shut from the bad smell! It says dog friendly but it’s not dog friendly at all! Paying all that money and the condo wasn’t clean at all! We were very disappointed!

Nice unit. Clean, close to pool and fine walkover. Cold A/C. Lots of dishes. Wish cookware wasn’t Teflon and black plastic utensils. Don’t want PFAS, microplastic and toxic chemicals in my food. Stainless or ceramic are safer for humans and environment.

Overall the place was clean. There needs to be a ramp down to the beach to use a cart to get your things down to the beach. Having stairs only is quite difficult. It is a pet friendly condo, but they neglected to tell you that pets are not allowed out back for any reason.

The location is perfect, very convenient. The apartment is also very nice, the only issue I had was the cleanleaness of the furniture. The couch and the recliners in the living room definitely need to be deep cleaned. Then there is pest control issue. Right outside the porch glass door there are huge rats running wild. I saw the pest control guy once who sprayed over everything we had ready on the ground to go to the beach. Rude and didn't even bother to make eye contact. Another issue was the wrong door code that was provided to us! Apparently this is not just with us, as we were sweating and waiting to get in, a lady walked by and said she had the same issue and gave us the extra number that was missed in the text and we were able to finally get in. This has to be fixed for next season! We would definitely go back as it's awesome location and cute little apartment, however it needs to be cleaned better prior.

The condo is stocked perfectly for a family of 6 (3 young adults, 2 parents and a young dog). The 2nd bedroom made them comfortable and uncrowded. The bottom floor is perfect for easy access. The condo is well- equipped, even included beach chairs, umbrellas and pool floaties. Our trip was to celebrate our sons’ high school graduation and it was wonderful, a memory maker!!
