Brand new to the rental program! Remodeled in 2024 with all rooms freshly painted, refinished wood floors throughout, and a new kitchen. Incredible 5 Bedroom vacation home in the exclusive gated Ocean Point Community of Wild Dunes Resort. Access to the Ocean Point community pool. Located 6 houses from the beach access or a short 3 minute walk. Just around the corner from the Links Clubhouse. Enjoy a vacation in this quiet and secluded area of Isle of Palms.

6 Ocean Point interior is spacious with an open floor plan and large windows. Completely new executive kitchen with Bosch high end appliances including refrigerator/freezer, 5 burner cooktop, 2 wall ovens, built-in microwave, ice machine and beverage cooler. Completely new eat-in dining attached to kitchen and a separate dining room available. The first floor includes a great room with large windows for natural light and golf course views. The separate media room is the perfect place for family and friends to play games and create memories. New ping-pong table and seating area just added to the garage space.

Primary Suite on main floor with large master bath featuring jetted tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities. Up to the second floor you will find a second Primary Suite, a third en suite bedroom, and 2 additional guest bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. Large porches span the entire front and back of the home on ever level to enjoy scenic views of lagoon and feel the ocean breeze.

Bedding: King, King, Queen, Queen, Queen, and twin bunk bed

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive a $250 credit to VayK Life for beach gear rentals!

PLEASE NOTE: No smoking. Strictly No pets. Fireplace is not for guest use. Pool is open year round subject to maintenance or other closures. Pool is not heated. Ocean Point community hot tub has been permanently closed. Garage access available, but remote garage opener not provided. MUST be 25 years or older to book.

Amazing home in wonderful gated community within Wild Dunes. Truly impressed by how well equipped the kitchen is. Thank you for a great stay.

Great property close to the golf course and beach. Plenty of space inside and out, and very clean. Parking situation is ideal for multiple family members coming in separate vehicles. Only negative comment is with regard to the upstairs air conditioner. Property owner does warn about this in multiple sources, but the unit can easily freeze. This did happen on our last day/night and we had to turn the ac off for a few hours. It got a little warm upstairs but fortunately the outdoor temps were mild. Maybe a bigger issue in the hotter summer months. Overall, I would stay here again.

Lovely

Lovely spacious home, quiet neighborhood, easy access to beach. The deer in the backyard every morning and evening were delightful. For how much we paid, was surprised by the skimpy offerings for dishwasher detergent, trash bags, laundry soap, tiny bar soap, etc. Also, no beach towels. When I contacted the management company to inquire, they told me they only provide items to get you started, and we could rent beach towels. What a hassle and waste to have to buy a week’s worth of those types of products, and then have rent towels. TO THEIR CREDIT, they did bring us more cleaning products, and beach towels which was greatly appreciated. I just feel it should be offered up front.
