I am now retired and happy to live in Saint Augustine. I welcome all but specially families so they can discover the history and the beauty of this town. We pride ourselves in keeping the house very clean and updated. Receiving the highest compliments and reviews from our guests makes me happy and keeps me going.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is peaceful and away from the crowds. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. Families and retirees enjoy living here. The location is perfect and close to US 1 which will take you to downtown or to the beaches just minutes away.
What makes this property unique
The house is always very clean and organized. Its set up to be comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple meals, The beds and pillows are comfy and clean. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in back yard under shaded big trees and hanging moss or a glass of wine under the perfect lightning.
Have a memorable time in the game room playing Ping Pong, fussball or board games with friends or family.
