This property has a beautiful ocean view with waves coming all the way up to the house. There is a very small beach one could sit on next to the house. The bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were all really beautiful and well outfitted.

We loved our time here. Beautiful house and great beach close by for playing in the sand. My favorite part was sitting out on the outside deck with a glass of wine or sleeping to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks below- magical.

Beautiful home and a great host. The views from the living room and master bedroom are out of a postcard and we wished we could stay forever! Daniel was always attentive to any questions we had. Will definitely book again.

Daniel is an excellent host and communicator. The property was spotless and has a million-dollar review of the ocean. There was an unusual heat wave while we were there, but the AC kept us cool. (Pro tip: the controls are behind the master bedroom door.) While it’s right on the water, accessing the nearest beach does require a two-minute walk and then a ramp and a few steps. The kitchen is well outfitted, but we didn’t cook since we were only there two nights. Beds are very comfortable, and the bath towels are soft. Daniel allowed us to park our rental car in the garage, which was a big plus. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This property was just as beautiful as it shows in the advertisement. You couldn’t get any closer to the water, we sat on the deck and watched dolphins going by, there certainly was nothing to complain about, our host Daniel was always as close as a phone call to answer any questions we might have.Hopefuiy we can get back there again sooner than later.Sue

Our host, Daniel, was very kind and accommodating. Communication, check in/out and all other accommodations were accurate and easy to navigate. The home was comfortable and had views that are beyond description. It really encompasses the Malibu vibe perfectly. High end finishes, comfortably worn with a relaxed artistic feel.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The home is beautifully designed, spotless, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The views are breathtaking — waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee on the deck each morning was unforgettable. Every detail felt carefully thought through, from the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen to the inviting living spaces that flow seamlessly from indoors to outdoors.The location couldn’t be better — private and peaceful, yet still close to everything Malibu has to offer. It truly felt like our own slice of paradise. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are looking for a comfortable, functional, with best views ever Malibu experience at a more than fair price this is the place. I cannot speak of beach access due to the weather but, we absolutely loved this place. You can get comfortable and actually live like you would at home. Super fast internet which was great and for us this place had everything we wanted. The views from both balconies are spectacular. Daniel is a great host, easy check in and check out, great communication and we did not feel like we someone was watching over us. There is plenty of room to spread out and for just 2 of us we had more than enough room. I think you could have 6 people stay here and not feel cramped. We will 100% book this place again.

We are usually not “home” renters and will take a hotel any day. But I wanted to do something special for my family for the holidays so I looked into this particular rental that stood out. We took the long weekend to enjoy our favorite beach side town of malibu and stay at this retreat. We were overwhelmed by the hospitable environment and splendid views that nature has to offer. This home truly exceeded our expectations from the location to the cleanliness of the home. The best part of this whole transaction was working with Daniel. He was so accommodating when we had to switch the date because of a work schedule, as well as clear and precise directions on how to best enjoy the home. Even on the first night I was already planning a future stay at this location because of his professionalism and how well we were taken care of. I highly recommend you reserve this home for a future stay and you will truly be given the five star treatment.
