The unit is located on the second floor with open corridors where you can enjoy the breeze at all times. The studio offers a brand new white kitchen with quartz countertops, a cooktop and microwave/convection oven. All cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils, Keurig and large pot coffee maker, as well as other kitchen items are available for your use. Kitchen has a peninsula with 2 stools. A second table is available for dining with a view from the large window. The bathroom is equipped with a shower that has a safety bar. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, towels, wash cloths and a hair dryer is also available for your use. The unit also offers a 65" television, WiFi/Internet and cable channels. Sleeper sofa flattens easily into a full size bed if needed. Linens and pillows are available for both beds. Main bed is a queen size. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are also available to make the best of your beach experience. The community also offers a heated pool, a recreation room and laundry facilities. The property is centrally located in Lauderdale by the Sea. The community is quiet and only has 57 units. The surrounding area is residential so there is no access to the public, keeping it quiet and private. Publix is approximately 1 mile away, restaurants and shops can be found on both Commercial and Atlantic Blvd. which are located about 1.5 miles away. There is a free shuttle that is available on Ocean Blvd. as well as The Circuit which is a free golf cart ride that you can reserve on their app.
